The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

Meadow View Heights-the Heart of the Peak District

Located on the edge of the beautiful Peak District village of Litton, Meadow View Heights is a recently refurbished one bedroom annexe, ideal for walkers & cyclists to explore the many paths straight from the door. The Red Lion serves great food & the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs & cafes. Castleton, Chatsworth, Bakewell & Buxton are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

The Tower

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. The Hut on the Hill

The Hut on the Hill A rural retreat in the heart of the High Peak. Sharing the Alpaca field, 'The Hut On The Hill' is enviously positioned looking out over one of the best views in the High Peak. Light the Lantern and the Indian Fire Pit with wood collected from the adjacent woodland. Enjoy the warmth from the fire as you watch the stars. Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
