House holiday rentals in Pearl River

This was exactly the right choice for our small wedding. The home and yard were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Everything was easy to find in the home, the home was so inviting too! Just really had the best time, everyone in the family that attended also loved it. There were nothing but compliments! And Dick was probably the best host I've ever had. He was on top of things communication-wise! I thank him so much for everything. He really made my wedding so perfect.

Sam's place was great! I went for my bachelorette party with 9 other girls and we had a blast. The place was clean and spacious, and Sam was great at communicating throughout our stay.

Jason’s place is so beautiful! Everything looked like the photos, everything was nice & clean. I love the master bathroom! We will definitely be back.

From the moment we got into the house, we were completely amazed by how beautiful the inside was. Very spacious, welcoming and comfortable. We rented this beach house for our wedding party to stay in. Everyone fit comfortably and had their own space. The bridal party had the second floor to get ready, and the groom and groomsmen had the bottom to get ready. Made staying separate really easy. The pool was the cherry on top. After a long day of wedding activities, it was so nice to relax by the pool outside to end the night with our wedding party. We would definitely stay again.

This was my family’s second stay at Robert’s place and it was just as great as the first stay. So much to do in the area. Convenient to restaurants and shopping this time we got to enjoy the pool which was a wonderful respite after a long day on the town.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Beautiful property, even beyond the pictures. Very private, peaceful, clean and spacious. Our three girls were in heaven watching the wildlife off the high deck. We bbq and had family over, there was room for everyone and all our friends and family said it was a rare find of a property. We will definitely be back, and host extremely friendly and responsive!

We came here for a family reunion and this place was centrally located around everything!!! We were able to be at the reunion in no time and all the food everywhere was just so wonderful. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The backyard was beautiful and we got to enjoy it the second day (rained the first) and we even had coffee, water, and popcorn for us if we wanted it. Can’t say anything but wonderful things. It was a wonderful weekend!!! This is the perfect place to stay if you want a weekend away to explore what the area has to offer.

The home was spotless and in a great neighborhood. However it’s about 35 minutes from Bourbon Street if that matters to you. But, the home was great, worked for my family, easy to check in, the host was very responsive. I have no complaints. I’d stay here again.

A beautiful gem! It lives larger than it seemed from the outside. This is the kind of place where you want to know the brand of all the linens and mattresses - very luxurious! There were lots of extras and it is just a really beautiful space. Our family enjoyed the park and walking path across the street after a long day of driving. We even met the mayor while loading our car! Would definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The place was very spacious and peaceful! We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

This house was perfect for our group! My family of 3 stayed in the master bed which gave our baby somewhere to play on the 1st floor without being in everyone’s way. Everyone else got their own room upstairs. We felt right at home and appreciated how well stocked everything was. The swing was great, the location was peaceful, and we will definitely book again if we’re ever in the area!

Nichole was wonderful to work with. She was very communicative with us. The check-in process and instructions were so easy and they had everything set for us prior to our arrival. The home was beautiful and clean. Very safe and peaceful. The neighborhood was super quiet. Loved sitting in their backyard which overlooked a pond with so many beautiful ducks and ducklings. Nichole and Michael were wonderful hosts. They even provided drinks and snacks for us which was so thoughtful. The kids sure loved it! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Malarie was. She answered in a very timely manner and offered suggestions for whatever we asked for. She told us it was about 9 miles from the camp to the beach and that was very accurate. She also gave us suggestions on restaurants and we sent them one as well. The layout is amazing and it has a good atmosphere, with very comfortable furniture in every room. The kids had a great time fishing and crabbing, and every day they did not want to stop. There were more than enough games inside for the family to play together and both TVs worked very well giving us family movie night with no issue. They had enough supplies to get us through the first few days and plenty of dishes. The coffee pot was broken and when I told Malarie she immediately had one brought to us by way of DoorDash. She even included donuts for the kids and coffee. They do have several stairs to get into the camp, but it is well lit and they are in great condition. Highly recommend

One of our favorite places we have stayed! It was decorated/set up like a place the hosts actually vacation too. Little things like pans and knifes in the kitchen that are actually usable made it comfortable and easy to vacation. With the supplied crab pots we even caught some blue crab for a meal one night! Nice and clean, comfy beds, and a peaceful dock/screened in patio!

I can’t say enough nice words for Amy! We arrived early to check in and she graciously allowed us to use an outside refrigerator for my daughter’s birthday cake because they were still there finishing up the cleaning. When we arrived back she had left my daughter a birthday happy!! The home was spotless and well stocked! She gave us so many recommendations we didn’t have time to visit them all!! I can assure you we will be back to this property!!!!!

Beth was a wonderful host! From day 1 she helped my hubby figure out how to get the boat from the landing to the canal where the house is, and overall gave clear directions on everything pertaining to the house and accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful little place. Perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the canal.

David and Cassondra were very gracious and set the house up for a good time. My sons fished every morning and every evening. We caught crabs in the traps daily. Plenty of tackle and bait shops nearby. It was a 25 minute drive into downtown New Orleans. So the best of both worlds. The house was stocked with spices and condiments. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend it with 5 stars ⭐️

We absolutely adored this place. The location was perfection. Beds were so comfortable, the bunk beds were awesome. Outdoor patio was our favorite!! Definitely intend on coming back and may spend some football season weekends enjoying the backyard outdoor setup!! Thank you for having us

Kourtney went out of her way to accommodate our party with additional requests that I had. She was gracious in all of our communications and extremely flexible. The entire property is just beautiful, and these owners have spent time getting the details right. It is easy to feel that you are in a remote, private setting, when in reality, town is 10-15 minutes away. In addition, when our party walked into the farmhouse, we were immediately met with soothing music, a wonderful fragrance, and a beautiful floral arrangement on the kitchen table. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend time with family/friends. We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing property and look forward to booking another stay in the future!

Laurie's vacation home is very clean and cozy. We loved the surrounding deck, which allows the outside sitting in the shades at any time. The view at the sunrise and sunset is stunning! Our family enjoyed the private dock/pier and spent a lot of time out there fishing. We caught lots of bass, catfish and crab! There are good restaurants around going either directions. Just be watchful for the mosquitoes and deerflies outside near grass, and make sure you are quick in case you have to get out there when it is dark.
