From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, eating, and barbecuing. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

We are located 1 hour from Milan, at the beginning of the Piacenza hills and very close to the famous medieval village of Castell'Arquato, along the route of the Via Francigena. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house has a large terrace as well as a garden. The independent entrance allows for social distancing.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
