Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Lovely binding millhouse, separated for a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city centre and just steps from the rocky trail and overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Large dining table. Kitchen with everything to use. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. It will be renovated on an ongoing basis.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Das Tiny house Suzy, auf einem historischen Lastwagen konstruiert, liegt auf dem Grundstück einer alten, kleinen Farm. Suzy ist vom Haupthaus, wo wir als dreikopfige Familie wohnen, nicht einsehbar,- so haben die Gäste ein ungestörtes, eigenes Refugium. Die Aussendusche bietet warmes Wasser und steht ausschliesslich Suzy's Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Trenntoilette ist aufgrund einer Ventillation komplett geruchsfrei. Strom und Wasserversorgung sind jederzeit gewährleistet.
