The chalet is located on top of a hill, with a privileged 360° panoramic view of the Mantiqueira Mountains. We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

Yeah, maybe so, definitely an experiment, two floors and a ground floor. Almost a predinho.. Resolved to share and make available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Lareira, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river … we do not accept visits without prior permission. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
