Simply PERFECT Space! There is no detail I could say that were not compliments about the organization, practicality, utilities and quality of the space and all the items that are in this apartment. Condominium with 3 sites with pools between the blocks, easy access to the beach, plenty of security with facial access and biometrics, with several places for quick shopping of everything you need or forgot to take. The perfect apartment. It would really be describing item by item about all quality and care that the space was set up. Daniela was very helpful every day, with directions and guidance on everything that was needed.

Very beautiful, well located house and especially the view of the beach and a spectacular dawn. Communication was quick and quiet. Although we were in the middle of 05/2025, we had hot days, with lots of sunshine and pleasant nights. Even in a low season, the city offers a great structure of markets, restaurants, commerce and services in general. We'll be back for sure.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful yard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

Simply wonderful! The house is a true seaside retreat, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds was a unique and invigorating experience. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was very well cared for, fragrant and tidy in the smallest details. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for those seeking rest and connection with nature. Host Rodrigo was amazing: attentive, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Everything was great, location, house utensils, cleaning, nho market, bazaar, restaurant and pizzeria almost to the slime of the condominium. we only had a mishap with refrigerator, I had to clean because it wasn't freezing, but it worked, and in the meantime a reservation was taken home. the air conditioners were also freezing almost nothing, the only thing that I suggest having fans, so that if the air does not work, it has this option, as it was very hot, so it was very unpleasant to sleep about 3 nights warmer.

We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Golden Retrievers! We went to the beach (after all, the house is on the sand) in the rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and will return as many times as I can ♥️
