Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pedregal

Well, I would recommend it 100% ... in addition to the excellent facilities and the unbeatable prices, the personalized service they provided me was very padrisimo and they made me feel at home ... congratulations and continue with the same quality that I will definitely stay you guys again... 😁

We had a great trip! The villa was beautiful and had plenty of space for 6 adults and an infant. Wuuping was very responsive to all of my questions. The house: The house was awesome! We didn’t go to the resort as much because the house and pool were comfortable and big enough. 5 stars. The resort: If resorts are your thing, this place seems high end. The food was eh, so we mostly cooked. The Sky gym was great. Food: Inferno: bad Fancy Italian: fine Fancy Mexican: fine Booze: Our cocktail loving crowd was unimpressed. We mostly mixed our own from Walmart/Costco. Did I mention there is a swim up pool bar IN THE HOUSE! Things to know before you go: - there is a “butler” (private concierge you can phone) and maid but no private chef. The description is a bit misleading - there are many identical houses. You get assigned one, so it may not be the one from the listing - the timeshare presentation was unpleasant. Maybe just our first time? Skip or watch a video on how to not get stuck

A perfect stay in a comfortable house that provided everything one could think of! Rafaels friend welcomed us personally at the house and showed us everything in and around the house. The house with its perfect terrace view, big open kitchen and multiple rooms didn't leave any wishes unfulfilled. Rafael showed by as well and was a very nice communicative host (and I am not saying that only because of the great ceviche he cooked). 100% recommended - we will come back for sure! One tipp in the end: It's very Handy to have an own car, as it's a 15 minutes ride to the city center :)

We absolutely loved our stay! John was a kind, understanding, and attentive host always making sure we were well taken care of with snacks and drinks. The property itself is beautiful and private and was the perfect set up for 3 couples to relax. We enjoyed lounging in the sunshine by the pool during the day before heading out to our evening’s activities. John was super helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants in the area and with other local knowledge. We’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Rich’s villa — it was exactly as described, and even better in person. The views were absolutely stunning, and the spacious layout was perfect for our large group. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, which made everything run smoothly. Since the villa is part of a larger resort, Rich connected us with a concierge who helped coordinate airport shuttles, all-inclusive packages, and answered any other questions we had. Everything was seamless, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for families or group getaways — we hope to return again soon!

This is the optimal area for quiet vacation. It's 10 minutes to the city, yet relatively quiet. There are fireworks from the fancy hotel next door. There's direct access to 2 beaches - Monumentos and a semiprivate secluded beach where I met locals who prefer this beach to a lot of others in the area (there are 15 parking spots for public access). Both beaches look spectacular, and the public one (Monumentos) often has 2-3 photoshoots going at the same time, and/or a marriage ceremony. Fresko is across the highway and has free delivery that I was happy with. Costco is ~10 minutes away, about 110 peso on Uber one way. The territory is well kept. The condo is pretty convenient, with a patio and very small but functional kitchen with Airgrill instead of oven. It's lovingly decorated, and you can see Monumentos beach with the surfing spot, the fancy hotel with fireworks, some bar and the pool from the patio.

This place was absolutely magical and went far beyond my expectations. It’s not just a comfortable bed to sleep in, but a beautiful retreats run by a wonderful family who share their knowledge of yoga, ayurveda, and meditation with you if you would like. The views are phenomenal, the garden is beautiful, and the grounds are homey and picturesque. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

An incredible home away from home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Warm and welcoming home that helped us relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and views! The views alone will be breathtaking. We enjoyed every breakfast. Fresh, delicious and healthy! We participated in The meditation and yoga class by Sameena and it was a great start to our first full day of vacation. We enjoyed it. Sameena also gave us great recommendations and was very helpful the whole time, and even gave us a remedy for upset stomach. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth. Location is private and up a hill and we were able to get an uber to move around. The Airbnb is located in the middle of San Jose de Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. We were able to walk down to the beach one evening- the walk was about 15 min long. We’ll worth it. Beach was amazing! We had a nice dinner at Encanto. Try Yummy Lunch at Tule pizza. Overall if you want more peaceful and private accommodations then this is it!

This is a sacred place for resetting and recharging and coming back to self and regulation. The love of connection and teaching is something that I will cherish forever ❤️

There was some delay in responsiveness to my queries about check-in. But it all worked out. And we will definitely return! Great views, and loved having a chef there to order food from.
