The Masia del Jou Vell, is located on the plain of the Upper Empordà., surrounded by nature, fields and rural roads, is ideal for hiking or cycling. Next to the farmhouse, you have the privilege of having a good lunch, in our buffet restaurant. We are next to towns like Peralada, where you can taste cava, play golf and visit their own casino. You can enjoy the beaches of the Costa Brava, as we are 15 min. from Roses, Lance, Port de la Selva, Cadaqués, etc.

Loft & natura

New work, open space with sustainable architecture. Located in the center of the village, 4km from the beach and at the foot of the mountain. It is an ideal space for a couple with a creature, or for a small group of friends who want to play sports in the area (possibility of a guide with enduro/rally/road bike guide). The garden is a common area, where you can enjoy a barbecue, vegetable garden, chickens, and our cat and dog. 180*200 viscoelastic bed.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

LA MUSSENYA

Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
