The guest house (house annex) will be rented, featuring a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites). There is another house on the property, but it is isolated by a wall (I live in the other house, but I am available to assist). The rented space offers privacy, with a 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and barbecue area. The house is located in the third block of Peruíbe Beach (approx. 600 meters from the beach). Keep the sound at low volume (AMBIENT), we do not allow excesses.

Located in a very safe and quiet Av. (with free parking with 24-hour surveillance), it has different layout and decor, with private pool, barbecue and pizza oven. It is furnished and equipped with all amenities to provide comfort and practicality for up to 6 people.

The ideal house for family, friends, preparing barbecue, enjoying the beautiful beaches, and enjoying the best bars in the city center! A four-bedroom townhouse, barbecue and all the comfort you need to enjoy Itanhaém. The location is great, close to everything! Markets, banks, pharmacies, historic center, and the best: Right on Boca da Barra beach! Voted the best beach in the city, a fishing spot and with an incredible look. The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
