Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town of Volga, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot is the old port with museum ship, fishing cart, canoe station, shipyard, berths, boat rental and a boat equipment provider. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Peenemünde Vacation Rental

The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. The apartment has a fireplace (wood must be brought) and an infrared cabin. Bed linen is on site. Only towels are not provided. Vacations on the sunny island of Usedom

The apartment for max. two people is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Apartment amenities: high-quality sofa bed, cable TV with radio programs Kitchenette with fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, various dishes and kitchen accessories Bathroom with shower in the bathtub, parking in front of the house, drying room and bicycle storage room can also be used, Living space is approximately 27 m² Unfortunately, an additional bed is not possible.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
