Wspaniałe mieszkanie z niezwykle wygodnymi łóżkami – świetnie się wyspaliśmy. Ogródek otoczony jest płotem i drzewami, co zapewnia pełną prywatność. Szerokie liście skutecznie zasłaniają przestrzeń od strony drogi (która jest piesza i nie jeżdżą po niej samochody), gdzie spacerują turyści. Z ogródka można bezpośrednio wyjść na uliczkę, przejść dosłownie kilka kroków i znaleźć się na przepięknej plaży – to prawdziwa przyjemność! W okolicy, tuż obok mieszkania, znajduje się wiele restauracji, a także urokliwe uliczki idealne na spacery. W jednej z pobliskich restauracji muzyka grała dość głośno, ale po zamknięciu drzwi hałas był praktycznie niesłyszalny, więc nic nie zakłócało naszego snu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była znakomita – po raz kolejny utwierdziliśmy się w przekonaniu, jak cudownymi ludźmi są Grecy! Dziękuję!

Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

Ce logement est très agréable notamment pour son accès direct à la mer. De nombreux sites archéologiques sont accessibles en moins d'une heure. Le propriétaire est très réactif et les petites attentions (bouteille de vin local et confiture maison) sont très appréciables.

We had a great stay at Vaggelis's apartment! The terrace has a stunning view and the apartment is really cute and cosy. We had everything what we needed and our host always wanted to be sure if we're feeling good. We strongly recommend this apartment and Poros island! It's beautiful and romantic. Great stay. The host was very responsive. Dropped on star from check in only because it required key hand-off rather than enter by code; because host was in close communication it wasn't really much of a burden. Location is great; close to key sights and restaurants. Great balcony view. Considering how busy the town was during the day the apartment was quite quiet at night, so easy to sleep. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Apartment was clean and looked much as advertised. Very comfortable, with a good couch for sitting, kitchen table for sprawling gear, etc. Would recommend.

Dionisis’s place is calm, quiet, easy to access, the bed is as comfortable as I recovered from jet lag quite well. Easy access to swimming, spent my evenings with the locals in the downstairs Art All Day Bar. Lived my best peaceful experience by the sea. Ohhh, and easy access to the day sailing trips which I highly recommend.

We hadden een heel leuke vakantie in de Peloponnesos. Heel mooi, schoon en aangenaam huis en zwembad. We voelden ons heel welkom, Nikolaos had eten en drinken voorzien zodat we niet meteen naar de winkel moesten. De villa is ideaal gelegen om de regio te ontdekken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Zicht op Nafplio!

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

Maria is the very definition of the term "super host." In fact, Airbnb should create another category for someone like her who puts in such tremendous amounts of passion, care, and effort into hosting. We've stayed at other "super host" properties, but Maria goes so far above and beyond what others do that she is in a league of her own. She keeps the place spotless and has more than everything you might need, no matter how long your stay. You'll never feel like you have to do without anything or only have the bare minimum because she provides you with all of the touches of home. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Perdika, close enough to Aegina Town if you want to go, but also far removed from the touristy stores and restaurants if you want a relaxing island retreat. Maria herself is so kind and thoughtful and really takes the time to get to know you. She picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, gave us a tour of Perdika, and even hosted us for wine and home cooking.

Perfekt, wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr freundliche Gastgeber!!

Anna und Dimitris waren perfekte Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich einige griechische Leckereien (unter anderem eine sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade und eine riesige Schale mit Früchten). Außerdem gab es viele tolle Vorschläge zu Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer großen überdachten Veranda und einer stimmigen Einrichtung. Absolut alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, es gibt einige Badestellen wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und diversen Läden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es viel zu entdecken in der Gegend, einen Tagesausflug nach Hydra kann ich z.B. sehr empfehlen. Zwar liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, wer absolute Ruhe schätz sollte jedoch bedenke dass das Haus im Ort liegt mit entsprechender gelegentlicher Geräuschkulisse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es absolut empfehlen!

Heiko was a welcoming host who answered all our queries rapidly. The home was comfortable and in easy reach of Athens for a long stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Comfortable, peaceful apartment with a sea view. Easy walk to the sea - choice of beaches within 3 min to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and restaurants/ cafe’s 15 mins easy walk - very gentle slope to walk into town ( 15 mins ). The SPA was a 12 min walk, 13 Euros for entry to the pools - over age 18, various temperature pools. A really great apartment - proper oven, a hob, microwave, air con, heating. Long stay was easy. Sotiris went above and beyond as a kind host.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

It was stunning. Its worth every penny. If you are looking for a place to relax we deffo recommend this place. The jacuzzi was hot and the water were clean and you get to have an amazing view of Acropolis with it. It looks better in person.

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

Marios is a fantastic host, he went above and beyond. I arrived late and he was there to greet me at the gate. He personally showed me to the studio and made sure I was well accommodated. Lovely sea views and lovely balcony to sit on and relax. If I ever travel to the area again I would definitely return to this Studio.
