We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the stunning views from the house are unbeatable. We were a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for us. Our host (George) was great, very responsive and gave recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The location was ideal. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool. The pool area is well-maintained, with comfortable loungers. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Halkidiki.

We had the best week, the villa has everything you need, we suggested another baking tray just if you want to eat at the villa. Any issue we had was sorted within minutes, our host Apostolis was great and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most relaxing lovely week. The location is lovely and quiet and everything is so clean and tidy. We can’t wait to come back

Check-in was very flexible and smooth. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Christina is a wonderful host! The villa is amazing and looks just like in the pictures but when you are there it’s just magical. The atmosphere, the trees and the villa are delightful. Christina welcomed us, gave us recommendations and brought some toys for our son. He fell in love with one of the toys and we even got to take it home as a gift! We would love to visit again!

Great apartment. Everything is as described , the kitchen is equipped with everything you need , a sufficient number of towels and pastel linen, which was changed after three days . A great location in relation to the sea (50 meters), beaches, restaurants, the center of the village with shops. The terrace is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only downside is the water pressure and some plumbing in the bathrooms (there are three). Otherwise, everything is just wonderful!

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not far to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

The house was great, with amazing views and a private pool. The bedrooms were good sizes with clean linen; bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Menelaos is a super host - amazingly responsive and super helpful. Definitely going back!

Excellent stay! I was relieved to see the place was as nice as described , if not better . The private beach and chairs were awesome. The yard was spacious and well kept. The bedrooms were well air conditioned and comfortable for our group of 6. The outdoor grill + tv area was a welcome surprise ! Thanks for having us xoxo

From the first to the last day.. everything was perfect..We had some issuses wich the landlady solved very Swift .She also helped us with some information about the beaches near and made a reservation at one of It. we hope to come back one day!!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

Classy and comfortable

We had a 3-night stay in Halkidiki at this beautiful home. Our host was extremely kind and supportive, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself stands out in the area for being quite new and having a stunning design. It provided a high level of comfort, especially for larger families. The spacious layout and modern amenities made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Halkidiki. This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.
