Όλα ήταν μια χαρά. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι περισσότερο που θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει.

The house is about a half a block from the Main Street of Mouzaki where there are plenty of cafes and places to eat, grocery stores, etc. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Polytimi's summer house is located in a wonderful place: secluded in a preserved natural environment with private access to the beach and amazing views on the Ambracian gulf and still close to Vonitza and its nice family atmosphere. The house has a great garden and 3 covered terrasses and a private deck by the sea so you can spend most of your time outside. The house is well equiped and comfortable. Polytimi is living nearby and still very discrete and it's nice to discuss with her and get her recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants and farmers' markets in the area!

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό το περιβάλλον,όλοι οι χώροι,ωραία θέα,ήσυχη περιοχή.. Αρκετά μεγάλος χώρος για να έχει μόνο μια τουαλέτα..επίσης θα μπορούσε να έχει μια κουζίνα και κουζινικά.. Από την άλλη η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική σε ότι είχαμε ανάγκη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂

Φανταστικό σπίτι με ευρύχωρους και πολύ προσεγμένους χώρους. Είναι ιδανικό για 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά. Είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο που τον ανοίγουν συνέχεια σε περίπτωση χιονόπτωσης και πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού και σε ταβέρνες. Το Νεραιδοχώρι είναι ένα πανέμορφο χωριό. Ο Κωνσταντίνος είναι εξυπηρετικότατος. Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η Κυρία Βασιλική και ο γιος της μας υποδέχτηκαν με πολύ αγάπη και χαμόγελα 🥰🥰❤️ Πήγαμε 2 οικογένειές με τα παιδιά μας Ο χώρος του σπιτιού Πεντακάθαρος και πολύ ζεστός, πήγαμε Χριστούγεννα είχε στολίσει το σπίτι υπέροχα και είχε ετοιμάσει όλα τα καλά μελομακάρονα, κουραμπιέδες είχε τα πάντα. Και ότι και αν ζητούσαμε μας το έφερνε αμέσως. Μας αγκάλιασαν σαν να είμαστε η οικογένεια τους!!! Εύχομαι να να καταφέρουμε να πάμε και το καλοκαίρι, όλα ήταν άψογα και τέλεια 🥰🥰🥰 Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Κυρία Βασιλική και τον γιό της Κώστα θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα!!!

Η διαμονή μας στο αρχοντικό Μουζάκλες ήταν εξαιρετική. Το επισκεφτήκαμε 2 οικογένειες, 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά, αρχές Ιανουαρίου και μας υποδέχθηκε η κ. Ανθούλα που μας έδωσε ακριβείς οδηγίες για το σπίτι και την γύρω περιοχή. Το πρώτο πράγμα που μας εντυπωσίασε ήταν η ζεστασιά που ένιωθες όταν έμπαινες μέσα και οι χώροι του αρχοντικού, μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και με άνετα κρεβάτια. Απροβλημάτιστη πρόσβαση στο Ιντερνετ, για browsing οι ταχύτητες ήταν αρκετά ικανοποιητικές, δεν δοκίμασα streaming. Υπάρχουν 2 τουαλέτες, μια σε κάθε όροφο, βολικό για 2 οικογένειες. Το τζάκι του σπιτιού στο σαλόνι είναι ιδανικό για συγκέντρωση των επισκεπτών για συζήτηση ή/και για επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια μπροστά απ αυτό. Στην αυλή υπάρχει ένα εξοπλισμένο με παιχνίδια δεντρόσπιτο όπου τα παιδιά πέρασαν αρκετές ώρες και το χάρηκαν με την καρδιά τους. Η θέα των χιονισμένων βουνών σε συνδυασμό με την ησυχία της περιοχής από λοιπούς θορύβους καθιστά την εμπειρία του πρωινού καφέ απολαυστική. Περάσαμε υπέροχα

Our stay at this accommodation near Meteora was absolutely wonderful! The property was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep after exploring the stunning monasteries. We were so impressed with the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals, including a much-appreciated coffee maker. The hosts, Nikos and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and generous. We were touched by the lovely treats they left for us – such a thoughtful gesture! The outdoor space was also a highlight, with a beautifully maintained yard filled with vibrant flowers. Finally, the location was perfect. Being so close to Kalabaka made it incredibly convenient to access Meteora and explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone planning a visit to this breathtaking part of Greece

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

This villa is one of the nicest places with that we have stayed. The view is incredible and it has every amenity that you would need. It is very very clean and our host was absolutely amazing. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and we were provided with many tips on what to see in the local area. What is important to know is that this area in central Greece is perfect for vacation and we do not believe that many people from the United States know about it yet. Ioannina is excellent as a homebase. There is a variety of things to do as the town is large enough for a reasonable size airport and the downtown area near the lake is great. Surrounding the town is an area of incredible natural beauty. If you are the type of traveler I would like a very comfortable,quiet, safe place to stay in an impeccably clean house big enough for several couples that also offers privacy, and then go out to explore a mix of city and some places “at the end of the road” this is it.

Η διαμονή στην Villa Magnolia ήταν από την πρώτη ημέρα μέχρι και την τελευταία, υπέροχη. Τόσο πριν, όσο και κατά την άφιξή μας, ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε και ήταν όλα στην εντέλεια ενώ είχε δώσει σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και είχε προνοήσει να ρωτήσει για τυχόν ιδιαιτερότητες των οικογενειών και των παιδιών, ώστε να επιδιώξει να τις ικανοποιήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και ζεστό. Φιλοξένησε άνετα τρείς οικογένειες με 7 συνολικά παιδιά στα πέντε υπνοδωμάτια (τρία έχουν δικό τους μπάνιο). Η κουζίνα και το τεράστιο καθιστικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ενώ υπάρχει πολύ ωραίος κήπος. Στα θετικά του σπιτιού είναι το πολύ καλό ασύρματο δίκτυο (wi-fi) και αναμφίβολα η τοποθεσία του. Μόνο 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τα Ιωάννινα και περίπου μια ώρα από το Μέτσοβο και τα Ζαγοροχώρια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) υπάρχουν δύο καταστήματα τροφίμων με όλα τα απαραίτητα και φούρνος.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

וילה יפה חדישה ומושקעת מאובזרת היטב 5 דקות ממרכז העיר שכונה שקטה מאד נוף לאגם מכל חדר. מאד מוצלח. המארחים היו נחמדים מאד והיו זמינים יש חניון פרטי ומעלית בסהג נכס ברמה גבוהה מאד

Absolutely love it. Evritos villa is a great place to enjoy a peaceful stay and lovely surroundings. Views are amazing. Peaceful and very quiet location, views are breathtaking. George was a very nice host, he communicated with us in a respectful and responsive way, and provided everything we asked for and more, he even provided us with some logs and stuff for a bbq. Highly recommended!! Dont hesitate to book.

The residence was impeccably clean and exuded a delightful warmth and coziness. Its traditional decor creates a charming family ambiance. A scenic 5-minute stroll through natural landscapes leads to the picturesque town. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious layout is ideal for accommodating large groups, especially families with kids. I highly recommend this place.

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Manolia war einfach unvergesslich! Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bietet allen Komfort. Der Gastgeber Fotis war außergewöhnlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor unserer Ankunft stand er für Fragen bereit und gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Bei der Ankunft empfing er uns herzlich und stellte sicher, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal - ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch nah an wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Garten und der Poolbereich sind hervorragend gepflegt und boten den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail, die Fotis in die Villa eingebracht hat. Vom stilvollen Dekor bis hin zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten - alles war perfekt durchdacht. Die Villa Manolia und Fotis als Gastgeber kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Vielen Dank Fotis, für diese großartige Erfahrung

What an AMAZING house, BEAUTIFUL views and wonderful pool. We had 12 people stay in both apartments and there was so much space and it was super comfortable with great amenities. The kids all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Make sure to type the name of the accommodation into your GPS versus the address or you will get a little lost. Maria was a lovely host and we will definitely be back.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful villa up on the hill overlooking the sea with an immaculate swimming pool. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from AC, kitchen amenities (nespresso, kettle, cookware and even Tupperware!) to bathroom amenities. It was a place of luxury to relax between the comfortable beds and couches enjoyed in the evening. It was a perfect place to stay with my in-laws and toddler with plenty of privacy for the both of us. Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication regarding the need for travel cot for our son. However the owner, Giorgios, stepped in and sorted it out to our satisfaction. I’d trust staying at any of his vacation properties in the future.

Väldig lyxig känsla i både i huset och runt poolen. Allt fanns vad man behövde. Nära till flera stränder och nära Preveza stad. Allt var toppklass.

Πάρα πολύ όμορφος χώρος σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και με πολύ όμορφη θέα. Μεγάλος και προσεγμένος κήπος. Η εξωτερική πισίνα ηταν καθαρή και ευρύχωρη. Μια καλή προσθήκη θα μπορούσε να είναι κλιματισμός στο σαλόνι.

Great apartment is modern and clean, located a bit out of town, so I’d recommend having a rental car or being prepared to take taxis frequently. There's free parking available next door, which was perfect. The apartment is quite small for four adults but has a wonderful indoor/outdoor setup, and the pool is very clean! I’d stay here again!

Wonderful home, even better host. Beware of neighbor's dog. Antigone was responsive and helpful, and her home was perfect for our family. She even went through trouble of finding and mailing me a camera we had left behind. The one caution I would share with future visitors is to be careful when walking outside of the compound because of neighbor's dogs. One got loose and bit a family member in the leg, which resulted in a trip to the hospital, stitches, and a police report (the same dog eventually bit the police officer investigating the matter). I can't blame Antigone for what her neighbors do, and the compound itself is secure from intruding animals. And if we can write a 5-star review, despite the dog bit, I think that speaks to the property and our interactions with Antigone.
