Jane and Gampiero were incredible from start to finish. Always responsive, helpful tips, friendly. Fantastic drinks welcome was wonderful. The location is exactly what I wanted and the house perfect. 25 minutes on the train to Florence was again, what I wanted. Thanks guys. I will be back.

Thank you so much to Marco and his lovely parents. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential rural area about 20Km outside Florence. It is served by local buses and trains from the closest town, Pontassieve. Diacetto has a local butchers, coop and a lovely bar which serves the most wonderful gelato. A number of well marked nordic walking trails are located nearby and a number of vineyards are also walkable. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We used it as a base for a fee nights during our interrailing adventure. I would love to come back with a car because the area is so beautiful and has lots to explore. But you do not need transport to enjoy this stay. The Vin Santa was delicious, watching the swallows dart around the buildings a treat and the views spectacular. Highly recommendeded.

Nice and spacious place to stay. Plenty of space and quietly located in the middle of a residential complex. Car is necessary. From Pontessieve, Florence is then easily reachable by train. Pamela has made many suggestions for activities and was quick to respond to questions and requests. It was a successful stay for us🍀
