We offer a cozy 5-person cottage with an attic bedroom for 3 people and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (or an extra bed for a child up to 3 years of age). A fully equipped kitchen, where in addition to the gas hob you will find an old fuel kitchen, the so-called English kitchen, if someone wanted to bake bread on their own, and more.

This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Apartment in the center of Choszczno

The apartment is perfect for a holiday or business trip for 5 people (extra bed for a 6th person). The living room has a sofa, TV and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. For families: a travel cot, a bathtub, a high chair, a baby monitor and toys. Equipment: coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, dryer and much more, as well as hygiene products, coffee, tea and sugar.

The house is located 150 meters from Lake Miedwie. Beautiful garden with a year-round hot tub. A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a master bedroom and 2 rooms. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.

BananaHouse

Banana House – a holiday home in an idyllic location. Direct access to the beautiful, large Lake Myśliborskie. A private road separates the house from the lake, approximately 60 meters away. The house is surrounded by banana plants, palm trees, and Amazonian trees. For an additional fee, we also offer: - Hot tub: 250 PLN/€60 - Sauna: 220 PLN/€50 (one-time use for cooling off)
