This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023

Welcome to Meda House, a place you can easily call home. Ideal for groups or families, the house has 2 floors with different entrances. Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Dieses Steinhaus liegt absolut ruhig, nahe des Ortes Poulithra und ist frei von jeglichem Durchgangsverkehr. Vom Haus aus erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand der St. George Bucht in nur 60 Metern zu Fuss. Alle Häuser liegen in einer Parkanlage mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist von überall her spektakulär.
