The very cozy completely private bedroom/living room features a double bed, TV with streaming channels and a sitting area. The kitchenette features a mini refrigerator, microwave, small toaster oven, and Keurig coffeemaker and is located steps away from your bedroom. Coffee, water and light snacks are provided. Private bathroom. Not a good listing for guests planning to stay home during the day.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Cross County Mall, Yonkers Waterfront, Ridge Hill, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are close by. Fast WiFi. You have access to a fully-stocked kitchen, living room, dining room & deck. Enjoy the backyard deck with outstanding views of the Hudson River.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.

Newark airport is half an hour drive and JFK airport is 1 hour drive. New York City ( Manhattan) is only 30-45 minutes drive by car and depends on the traffic.

This is a private room with a full-size bed with a side table, dressing table, and closet. Inside the closet we have extra blankets, sheets, fan, and heater. In addition, we have also provided the guest with their own small refrigerator, comfy chair, and a table with breakfast.
