What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious, quiet, clean and very functional loft. The location was comfortable for us, between my son's internship location and close to the city center for visits.

The beautiful room with outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room had everything it needed for relaxing days. A fragrant, tasteful bedroom with good Bed and beautiful linen, a wonderful covered and well-kept dining area with outdoor kitchen, functionally furnished. A large pool, always available and larger than in the pictures, wonderful in hot temperatures after an excursion - and even illuminated at night. A central location to explore Provence and the Camargue, on an absolutely private and large estate with the landlady Marie Agnes and her discreet family. In a quiet, friendly and pleasant way, Marie Agnes read our every wish from our eyes and gave good tips for the area. Beautiful bird and frog concert in the evening. Thank you, dear Marie Agnes, we will be happy to come back!😊

Frédérique listened to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the region, offering all comforts. The pool, pleasant, for cooling off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing vacation, thanks to the wonderful garden.

Nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a really nice pool area with possibility to BBQ outside. Car is definitely needed to get away or to the city. It's really quite at night, just note that during the day there may be quite some air traffic. Jerome and Natalie are really nice hosts and live next door but give you all the privacy you'd expect. The second apartment is above this one but has a separate entrance, so while you share the pool you are not getting in each others way. Thanks again for lovely two weeks!

Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

We had a great stay of almost 2 weeks. The cottage is very well furnished, tidy, impeccable and very comfortable, a beautiful terrace in the shade of the wisteria. It is easy to access and very well secured. Fanny is a great hostess, very nice, very responsive. She gave us all the information we needed to make our stay as good as possible. We highly recommend this listing.

A perfect place to hide away in plain view in Provence. Right in the middle of the stunning town of Menerbes. Steps away from all the restaurants and the curated epicerie. Although pricey, definitely worth it. Maison O was exactly how we imagined it to be. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms with excellent showers which were definitely needed since the day time temperature never went below 30 for the whole week. Apropos that. A little more shade for the terrace would have been much appreciated. Although there is no AC the interior rooms stayed coolish if all doors and windows were kept closed. The whole experience was fabulous. Our favourite evening activity after the heat of the mid day was a stroll to Cafe Progres, purchasing an Apéritif and sitting on their terrace overlooking the valley. A light breeze to cool us down and a chat with the locals. It really was the quintessential experience in Provence. We would not hesitate to return.

We had a very nice week in Salon. There is a lot to do from here. The place is very nice. Everything is there as it is described, and Vincent is really very nice. We will be happy to come back.

Perched on its quiet hill, this accommodation has it all! You feel good and relax, while being a few minutes' walk from the historic district to access all the services. Arnaud is very responsive and thought of all the little extras so that we have a successful experience all along the line. I recommend it!

Very nice base to visit Salon and the surroundings. However, beware: the steps to access the apartment are high, a little narrow and in poor condition. If you have large suitcases, it's complicated. On the other hand, the apartment is great, clean, well arranged and Sander is at your disposal.

The stay was just perfect! The place was just as described – very clean, cozy and well equipped. The location was ideal, everything was easily accessible. I would especially like to highlight the great communication with the host – super friendly and helpful. Everything was described in great detail for our arrival. I can fully recommend this apartment and would come back anytime.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

Great location! Easy walk to the city waterfront. Gated parking right at the complex. Jean-Luc was so nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal! We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance of the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful bathing opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and an extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functioning apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calmness gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Alexandra's accomodation. Cozy and calm old appartement with walking distance to Plage de Catalans and Vieux Port. Cooking was easy and dining outside in the beautiful yard was possible. Alexandra was very welcoming, thank you!

The apartment matches the photos. It is located in a sort of golf resort where there are also restaurants, bars and a small supermarket where you can also buy croissants in the morning. The resort's location is very convenient for visiting the enchanting places of Provence. For those with many suitcases, it is advisable to park the car at the reception and unload the luggage before putting the car in the garage. This also applies when you leave. Overall, a great place, also recommended for those with small children
