We enjoyed our stay at Despoina’s place very much. The house was in a great location and felt very cozy. We would surely love to visit again.

I don't have much to say,Yannis was impeccable in everything!I would recommend him with my eyes closed to everyone and of course if I get the chance I will visit again a place he manages himself! A clarification for those who visit the accommodation we went to... children the photos are VERY unfair!!!It's really gorgeous and warm in person!

Awesome house for a big family , not even in Athens I have such a house ,warm ,big space outside for the children to play. The village is small has nothing but it is close to all the surrounding areas. The house provides you with everything you say and you provide your house as a relative at least so I felt..

Great place and in the center of the rush, very kind and nice hosts. The place was super clean

We were super warmly welcomed and felt right at home. We had booked the full meals right away and had everything delicious (and always very plentiful) at the table at all times. It's great service as there were no restaurants close by and we didn't feel like shopping and cooking. The hospitality of the family was huge and we all took them to our hearts! The trip to this lonely and bizarre nature to the small village was a stark contrast to our hustle and bustling big city life. On hot days you can refresh yourself in the nearby river. The long curvy journey is worth it!

Our stay at George's house was great . The house was exactly as in the photos. There was a fenced-in garden that made our stay more comfortable because we had both dogs together . In the garden there is a grill and a table for someone who wants to enjoy a BBQ meal George's family who welcomed us were friendly and helpful , always at our disposal. there was wood for the fireplace , central heating, and plenty of hot water . the kitchen was equipped for anyone who wants to cook ( the taverns are many in the village and affordable with delicious food and you don't have to do it) . There was a washer and everything for the cleanliness of the house as well as extra towels and blankets ) access on foot is uphill and if there is snow this may make it tedious and difficult . Athens and George thank you for your wonderful hospitality !! I will definitely be back !

Such a nice place. Clean, nice bedrooms, privet bathrooms, easygoing people. The place can host 12 visitors- we were 7- but there was place for 12. It’s the perfect place for a group of travellers with various destinations for daily trips.

Great place just a bit outside of town. Secluded paradise with hundreds of plants and trees around. Lovely pool, bbq area and living area. It has anything you may or may not need.

With Mr. George there was excellent communication. the house is like in the photos and the area that is outside Veria does not bother you at all. strategic point for excursions to Florina Naoussa Kastoria all about an hour and a half away. The heating was adequate for the month we went to and everything was great!

I saw this villa a while ago and knew I wanted to book it. I'm so glad I did during this trip to Macedonia because it exceeded expectations. The hosts were kind enough to wait for me in the village as I drove from Bitola and helped me through the check in process/ showed me around the grounds. The house itself is basically my dream home (a traditionally renovated Macedonian village house in a beautiful mountain location), and has everything you'll need-- just bring food! I made friends with the village sheep dog who kept me safe at night and went on hikes with me up the mountain side in the mornings. It was such a unique and peaceful experience-- I'll definitely be back and next time with my family :)

Mr. Sakis is an excellent host and very hospitable and willing to serve us in everything we needed and my friends. A bowl of local cherries was waiting for us as a welcome! But also vegetables from his garden without any extra charge for our table! The house is comfortable and cool with many amenities and a BBQ in the courtyard at our disposal in a large courtyard with lots of greenery and trees. Finally, the location was very convenient since you could easily head to the Pozar baths and the center of Aridea. Mr. Sakis' accommodation I highly recommend it to everyone.

The Secret garden is a very beautiful traditional house, very close to points of interest and shops but at the same time quiet and relaxing. All spaces were extra clean, thoughtful, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lucia very kind and helpful and always available for any questions or needs. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We will definitely prefer it again on our next visit and highly recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and welcoming space.

The house is very functional and clean. It is 20 minutes from central cities and you have the opportunity to make nice excursions. The village is quiet and the inhabitants are kind.
