Beachfront holiday rental in Peloponnese Region

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

Το καλύτερο airbnb που έχω μείνει! Πεντακάθαρο και όλα αρμονικά. Φανταστική αυλή, δίπλα στην παραλία . Η κυρία Μαρία ευγενεστατη και πολύ φιλόξενη, μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σαν να είμαστε στο χωριό μας. Θα το πρότεινα με τα μάτια κλειστά, και εννοείται πως με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα επιστρέψω ξανά!!!

The place and the cottage were perfect! We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and the sea was marvellous. The cottage, the garden and the terrace are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It's super clean and has everything you need - perfectly equipped. Spiros made us feel so welcome, it was so nice to meet him, such a friendly and warm person! He also gave us lots of tips for excursions, activities and restaurants and also recommended two great fish shops when we asked. We wanted to see a lot more in the area, but we just liked the place so much that we just relaxed a lot and enjoyed living there. Thank you so much, Spiros! We are hoping to see you again!

What a beautiful location. Right on the sea where my boys could literally jump into the sea from the patio. The house was perfect for what we needed and ideal for watching the sun rise with a coffee and set with a glass of local wine. Derveni is a great location for driving to local sites and exploring the mountains. We hired a boat from 'Lidoblue' in Kiato and played with dolpins. Comfortable beds and aircon for when the nights started to heat up. Thank you and we look forward to returing for longer next year 🤞😀✨️

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort und werden sicher auch ein drittes Mal kommen. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie durch die unmittelbare Strandlage perfekt geeignet. Einfach herrlich. In der Nebensaison ist dort absolute Ruhe. Nur das Rauschen des Meeres war zu hören. Alles war fantastisch.

Fantastique Avant de parler de la fantastique maison et du lieu tout aussi fantastique nous devons parler de l'incroyable hôte. Día est tellement accueillante, présente pour tout conseil dont nous avons besoin, et toujours avec le sourire. C'est une très belle personne et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait sa connaissance. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison,si belle, si reposante, avec une vue incroyable. Nous nous souviendrons toujours de ces vacances.

Ein sehr besonderer Ort direkt am Meer - ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen! Toller Ausblick, Ruhe und mit dem Auto die kleinen Städte Stoupa und Kardamily in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sowie Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fragen wurden von dem Host vorab und während des Aufenthalts immer schnell und ausführlich beantwortet.

Geweldig verblijf gehad in zeer luxe appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Bij aankomst konden we ook nog eens genieten van zelfgemaakte tiramisu. Pylos zelf vonden we leuk, maar er zijn mooiere plaatsjes op de Peloponnesos. De omgeving is schitterend, het snorkelen in de zee en de watervallen van Polimnio waren echt supermooi. Verder genoten we erg van het kleine zwembad!!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Wonderful! A pool with views over the sea, which you could walk to in a couple of minutes.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Appartement liegt in einem tollen Haus mit wirklich schönem Garten und Pool, private Atmosphäre zum relaxen. Direkt an einer kleinen Bucht mit 3-4 Strandbars 2 Gehminuten. Um die Ecke ein super Fischrestaurant „Mouria“, unbedingt aufsuchen! Auto für Einkäufe und Umgebung erkunden wichtig, allerdings zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten zur Marina, wo es auch tolle Restaurants gibt. Francis ist ein aufmerksamer und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber und Hauskater Mats war sofort unser Favorit!! Können die Villa Satori nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, Christof und Simone

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

Zoek je een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen? Zoek dan niet verder: dit is het hemelse paradijs op aarde! Met je eigen privéstrandje voor het huisje (en links en rechts grotere stukken strand met schaduwplek ), een grote baai met glashelder water, nauwelijks andere mensen in de buurt, in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt zoals goede airco op de slaapkamer en ga zo maar door. Elias (of is het nou Nikos?) is een hele lieve gastheer. Bij aankomst kregen we een grote tas met tomaten, komkommer, sinaasappels, verse olijfolie, etc. Wij hebben meermaals bij het restaurantje van Nikos gegeten omdat het zo ontzettend lekker was. Heel veel keuze, en alles kakelvers. Anders dan bij veel andere restaurants is er hier ook voor vegetariërs veel keuze. Niet twijfelen, echt ernaar toe gaan! De accommodatie komt overeen met de beschrijving. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Er zijn 3 niveaus : beneden woont de mama van de host en twee huurappartementen. Het appartement boven ons had een dakterras en wij een ruim terras op gelijkvloers. We hadden absoluut voldoende privacy. Het is zeer rustig gelegen en je moet wel een 30 minuten wandelen tot bijv de bakker ( dus namen we de auto ;-) ) Je bent zo aan het water en het uitzicht is echt mooi. De eerste dagen van mei stond er wat wind en er is geen plek om met meer dan 2 te onbijten binnen. Wel genoten van de jacuzzi.

Genau so haben wir uns unseren Urlaub vorgestellt. Ruhig, kein Massentourismus, direkt am Meer mit schönem fast privaten Strand. Das Haus ist ein Traum: wunderschön, gepflegt, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hätten dort ewig bleiben können. Es gibt tolle authentische Restaurants in der Gegend wo man lecker essen kann. Maher und Claudia sind großartige Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, großzügig und immer gut erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat. Uns hat es sehr gefreut die Zwei kennengelernt zu haben und gerne sehen wir uns in Zukunft wieder!

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!

This place is perfect for a relaxing holiday. It has everything you need. And the most beautiful sea view from all the windows and the huge terrace. The sea is so clean that you can go for your morning swim just outside the door. Kiriaki the host has also a nice cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast and the best pancakes in town. Also the Tavernas & supermarket is just there. We can recommend this place 100% and will love to go back someday!

We had an unforgettable stay at this vacation rental! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, providing unexpected amenities, treats, goodies, and even a selection of drinks. The home itself was immaculate—truly spotless and beautifully maintained. The setting was breathtaking, like something straight out of a postcard. On arrival, the host gave us a personalized walkthrough, making sure we were familiar with all the amenities. Throughout our stay, he were incredibly helpful, even texting us links to local restaurants and grocery stores, which made exploring the area a breeze. This was more than just a place to stay—it was an exceptional experience. Highly recommend it!
