Holiday rentals with breakfast in Peloponnese Region

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

We zijn 3 nachten te gast geweest bij Evagelos. Het was echt super! We zouden 2 nachten blijven, maar we vonden het hier zo fijn dat we nog een nacht blijven. De tiny villa is zeer smaakvol ingericht. Alles is aanwezig, er kan ook worden gekookt. Het terrein waar de villa staat is echt prachtig, je voelt je er direkt thuis, Het zwembad is ook prachtig, met ligbedden er naast en zelfs in het water. Zowel voor het zwembad als de villa zijn prachtige materialen gebruikt. Het is ook overal brandschoon. Evagelos is een heel aardige gastheer die je je zeker laat thuis voelen, terwijl er wel veel privacy is. Nafplio is niet heel ver weg en is een heel sfeervolle stad. Ik zou niet weten wat op deze plaats beter zou kunnen, het is zonder overdrijven echt een top plek om te verblijven!

Although in a true local residential neighborhood with narrow streets, it was remarkably easy to find, just half a block from a main street. Nearby parking on the street was always available - if you can parallel park. LOL (and ample front in parking a block away.) This host is truly a Super Host. Not only in communications and ease of access but in so many thoughtful touches in the home including local information and maps. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need - (drip coffee maker AND pod espresso maker.) We arrived late and were greatly relieved to find provisions for a breakfast to start our first day. I can not offer any suggestion for this Super Host. The Nafplio is a treasure with so many interesting things in the area often overlooked in guidebooks. A taste of real Greece. Thank you.

Dès que Nikolaos nous a ouvert la porte nous avons dit “Wow”! Cet appartement neuf est décoré avec goût et est d’une propreté immaculée! Nous avons tout aimé de ce nid douillet!!! Confort, tranquillité, équipement de qualité , matelas très confortable, literie ultra douce et la magnifique terrasse avec chaises longues et table à déjeuner offrant une vue imprenable sur la forteresse et la baie. Pour terminer, soulignons la gentillesse de la maman de Nikolaos avec ses petites attentions que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και το έβλεπες παντού γύρω σου !! Η Αικατερίνη φανταστική οικοδέσποινα, ένας χαμογελαστός άνθρωπος που σου έδινε πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστείς . Θα την επισκεφτούμε ξανά ελπίζω σύντομα !!!

Logement pratique à proximité de la vieille ville de Nauplie. Des places sont disponibles pour garer son véhicule dans la rue adjacente. Sortie de la ville facile également. Réservation faite au dernier moment, Nickoletta a été très réactive et disponible.

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και άνετο, με ωραία αισθητική και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Η τοποθεσία του ιδανικη , κυριολεκτικά λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο , κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις πολύ εύκολες. Παρά την κεντρική τοποθεσία, η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ενα επίσης πλεονέκτημα ήταν η απίστευτη θέα!! Είτε το πρωί με φυσικό φως είτε το βράδυ με τα φώτα της πόλης. Επιπλέον, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και λεπτομερής. Μου παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες για το σπίτι και πολύ χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή και τα καλύτερα σημεία της πόλης. Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη συνολική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε όποιον επισκεφτεί την πόλη. Ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ανθρωποι με ευγένεια, παιδεία και κουλτούρα, και αυτό αντανακλάται και στο σπίτι που παρέχουν. Ολα ήταν πρωσεγμένα και εν καλή λειτουργεία. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σ'ενα μικρο κολπίσκο πίσω απ'το λιμάνι και καταφέρνει να είναι ήσυχα αλλά και κοντά σ'όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγαζιά. Η θέα απ'το μπαλκόνι είναι ΕΞΑΙΣΙΑ, θα μπορούσαμε να καθόμαστε ώρες για να απολαμβάνουμε το πρασινο & το μπλε (ιδίως τις πρωινες και απογευματινές ωρες). Τέλος τη νύχτα απολαμβάνεις ένα τέλειο ύπνο καθώς δεν υπάρχουν ενοχλήσεις από νυχτερινά μαγαζιά. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους εξαιρετικούς γονείς του Βασίλη για τη βοήθεια και τις συμβουλές τους.

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s place. The location is fabulous - beautiful and atmospheric. The accommodation is authentic and comfortable and Niko was extremely helpful. The breakfast was a bonus! It is a climb to get there but certainly well worth it.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôte est très réactive et veille à ce que le logement soit dans un état parfait avec de petites attentions très appréciables. Le tarif est bien plus intéressant que ceux des logements situés dans la vieille ville qui est seulement à quelques minutes à pied ; la balade pour s’y rendre est très agréable. L’appartement est tout équipé et convient très bien pour 3 personnes pour un court séjour.

The apartment is perfect to stay in Sparta and visit Mistra. It's even better that in picture, the view is amazing the place is huge and comfortable. The host is really welcoming and sweet ! Really nice to talk to ! There is everything we needed for the stay, all really clean :)

Η Nathalie και ο Eric είναι πολύ φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί, μας έδωσαν πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαιτούμενα (ακόμα και extra οδοντόβουρτσες, μπουρνούζια κτλ). Το σπίτι και ο γύρω χώρος είναι πολύ προσεγμένα, περιποιημένα και με αισθητική. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με φρέσκα σπιτικά προιόντα (μαρμελάδες, φρούτα, κρέπες κτλ). Τα σκυλάκια ήταν πολύ ήσυχα, χαδιάρικα, φιλικά και καθόλου ενοχλητικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία και θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Joanne's place was perfect for my 2-night stopover as I wished to visit the ruins of ancient Corinth. The village is friendly and I found good value restaurants. The church in the centre is well worth a visit with it's beautiful icons and peaceful aura

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε άνετα σαν στο σπίτι μας, λόγω της ευγένειας και εγκαρδιότητας της Νάταλι και του Έρικ. Μας υποδέχτηκαν, έπειτα από το ζεστό ταξίδι μας, με παγωμένους χειροποίητους χυμούς που απολαύσαμε στην πισίνα με θέα τη φύση. Αντίστοιχα το πρωινό ήταν εκπληκτικό με νόστιμες και ολόφρεσκες επιλογές, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και η τοποθεσία ειδυλλιακή. Η φιλοξενία τους ήταν εξαιρετική και το ενδιαφέρον τους προς εμάς πηγαίο! Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα ατυχές συμβάν καθώς το αυτοκίνητο μας χάλασε στα μισά του δρόμου προς το θέατρο της Επιδαυρου και ο Έρικ αμέσως προθυμοποιήθηκε να μας πάει απαλλάσσοντας μας από το στρες και την ταλαιπωρία. Τα τρία σκυλάκια τους ήταν η γλυκια νότα της διαμονής μας καθώς ήταν πολύ φιλικά και ήσυχα! Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και διαμονή, σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά! A bientôt!

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!
