Holiday rentals with a patio in Peloponnese Region

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

Eri‘s Appartment ist eine super Unterkunft für alle die das Meer lieben und nicht nah genug dran sein können. Direkt neben an ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der direkt Zugang zum Meer über eine kleine Treppe ist ein Traum. Die Aussendusche ist ebenfalls perfekt für eine kurze Abkühlung. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend unterwegs sein, werden wir sicher wieder versuchen dieses Schmuckstück zu buchen.

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

clean and comfortable studio apartment. The hosts are very friendly and always willing to help. The bougatsa and spanakopita from their bakery are something else ! Very close to Monemvasia

Ήταν όλα πολύ όμορφα , το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως περιγράφεται. Ήταν πολύ καθαρά με όλες τις παροχές. Η βεράντα ήταν καταπληκτική. Η πρόταση μας είναι μια ομπρέλα ή τέντα για προστασία από τον πρωινό ήλιο στην βεράντα !

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft rundum genossen! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Hier kann man perfekt dem Alltag entfliehen. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und den tollen Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten – pure Erholung! Panos hat uns einen wunderbaren Strand empfohlen, der mit schattigen Plätzen, wenigen Leuten und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre absolut überzeugt hat. Panos war durchweg hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war einfach nur erholsam – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

אירוח מושלם! הנכס הכי יפה ונקי שיכול להיות! בדיוק כמו התמונות והתיאור מאובזר בכל טוב. קרוב מאוד לנאפפליו, טולו, ויוארי ועוד מקווה מאוד לחזור לאיזור ולהתארח שוב בנכס. נהנינו מכל שניה!

Ευγενικότατος σπιτονοικοκύρης και η βίλα εκπληρώνει όλες τις αναμενόμενες προσδοκίες. Είναι λίγο πιο έξω από το Ναύπλιο και ίσως ο δρόμος μέχρι εκεί να μην είναι τέλειος, αλλά τουλάχιστον είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένος και αξίζει το δρόμο μέχρι εκεί, μιας και έχει φοβερή θέα, παρέχει πισίνα και είναι ήσυχα.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

un logement idéal pour un couple car la chambre du bas n'a pas de fenêtre et aucune séparation entre les pièces . la vue est époustouflante . les 5 villas sont assez éloignées les une des autres pour avoir son intimité sur la terrasse. la piscine est très agréable avec aussi une super vue et de nombreux transats il faut absolument être véhiculé car il est très haut et loin de tout commerce à pied ( mais qq minutes en voiture.)

Patricia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt und der erste Kaffe am Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer und den fantastischen Fels ist unbezahlbar. Rocabella ist ein wahres Schmuckstück.

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Markos und Elenis Unterkunft verbracht. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem über die gute Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns gefreut. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet und lädt dazu ein dort einfach mal einen Tag zu verweilen. Ein Auto ist für die Gegend zu empfehlen, so konnten wir einfach zu den schönen Stränden der Umgebung gelangen. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht.

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

Logement extraordinaire, face à la mer, énormément de charme, pratique, tout est bien pensé et les propriétaires sont juste charmants. Un havre de paix !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dimitros vermietet eine wundervolle Wohnung, die unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen hat!! Die Ausstattung und das Styling lassen keine Wünsche offen. Super war auch die Tiefgarage! Die Kommunikation mit Dimitros und Eleni funktionierte reibungslos. Danke für diese wunderschönen Tage in Nafplio, auch dank Dimitros Wohnung!

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Dimitris Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für die Erkundung von Olympia. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist der schöne und gemütliche Gartensitzplatz.

Fiorella house is just perfect for a small escape from the big town. the view from the balcony is amazing, specially in the sunset or sunrise. from there it's easy to get to Limeni, arepoly and etc... very clean, very comfortable, Fiorella answered very fast and had god recommandations for the area. I already want to come back!

We had a great time in Angeliki's apartment! The view and the large balcony as well as the bright flat are amazing. As we were there in offseason, it was pretty quiet although the coastal street is close. The air conditioning also provided good heating, so it was comfortably warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other holiday apartments, however it could have been maintained a little more. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. However we want to point out that the bed in the bedroom towards the seafront was extremely noisy - the first nights we didn't sleep well since the bed squeaked with every slight movement. Normally, I don't criticize beds in hotels because I think everyone has a different taste - but this was unusual.
