St. George befindet sich etwas abseits des Ortes Poulithra, sehr ruhig gelegen und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Villa ist umgeben von schönen, alten Olivenbäumen und vier Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf der grossen Terrasse vor dem Haus geniesst man einen überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer.

Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
