Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Nearby and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect, is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden, you will be quiet, inside as outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exhibition will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although 5 min walk from the center of the village and its amenities the place is very quiet. The large living room is decorated with a stove for your winter evenings.

Ce chalet se compose d'un appartement en duplex (1er et 2ème étage) pour 8 à 9 personnes. Spacieux, familial, confortable, entièrement équipé, non fumeur. Le chalet dispose d’un jardin et d’un grand parking. Le balcon et la terrasse sont à disposition des voyageurs. Les draps, les serviettes et le linge de maison ne sont pas fournis. le ménage est inclus. En période scolaire, nous acceptons les réservations de 7 nuitées minimum. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

This chalet is located in an 18th century hamlet at an altitude of 1600 meters, facing a very nice view. East/west facing it is sunny all day. 110m2 are divided into 4 small levels with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large shower, bathtub, sauna, 3 WC, living room with foosball, piano, video projector. Two large balconies, a private terrace with dining table facing the view make it an exceptional place to enjoy the calm and exceptional air.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or lower-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done on a hike on foot, allow about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Accommodation of 37 m2 on the ground floor of chalet, located 1 km from the ski slopes with free bus shuttle to the slopes in winter. The apartment has a kitchenette with 2 electric cooking plates, a dishwasher and kitchen equipment including dishes oven, microwave oven, fridge, TV, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. The garden barbecue is available. OPTION : bed linen and towels to see with the owner.

I rent the upper part of my chalet (auto and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher.
