A quiet area with privacy. The very nice, attentive and kind workers guide you to the room and tell you about it. Very rural, apartments together that look like a small town with its terraces and private areas. It has a park inside, picnic areas and communal barbecues. Just below the river and a different and peculiar path. We were very comfortable!! We'll definitely repeat😃

We enjoyed 3 lovely and peaceful days at Las Collas. The house is rustic, charming but with everything you could need given you are quite cut off from civilisation! It really has everything you need, just take clothes and food! The hosts Carlos and Angela were really lovely and helpful and as agreed picked us up and took us the short but bumpy ride to the the house. They also messaged a few times just to check we were doing ok and were flexible with the pick up time on our day of departure. If you are looking for a place to really unwind and get away from everything, this is the place for you! There are great walks (but be aware they are all very hard work with very steep climbs and descents) but with a comfy interior and several patio areas outside, there are lots of places to just relax, including a very very comfy hammock!

Diego‘s place is perfect if you are looking for an quite place very close to Picos de Europa. The neighborhood is picturesque and the mountains are beautiful and Diego is an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back next time we plan to hike in the national park.

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.

Maria was really helpful with ideas. She also left lots of useful items in the kitchen including wine and coffee, among other things. The house was beautiful with good sized rooms, comfy beds and stunning views. We sat outside every evening just watching the sun dip behind the Picos, unforgettable! The house was only located a few minutes from the main road but it was so peaceful it felt like it could be miles away. The house is only 15 minutes from the lovely town of Potes, which has supermarkets and lots of nice restaurants to eat or drink. You are also only a short distance from the Fuenta De cable car and access to tha amazing mountains of the Picos de Europa national park. I would thoroughly recommend the property if you want to explore this amazing area of Spain.

The place was great and excellent value. Basic but comfortable with very friendly staff. It was easy to find and was within walking distance of Potes. Lovely view of the mountains from the huge balcony and very easy to get to Fuente De. Breakfast at €5 was very good. Parking was super easy. We would definitely stay again. Would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the walls are quite thin as others have mentioned. Also a small lamp or night light would be useful as there are none at the bedside. N.B. lots of restaurants/bars in Potés are closed on Monday/Tuesdays which meant we didn't get the full experience of Potés but we still managed to try some fabada and sidra. The town is very pretty.

I had a very nice stay at Beltrán's place! I travel alone so appreciated both of them taking their time to talk to me and sharing experiences. Breakfast was very tasty! The wooden house has so much charm! Thank you! <3

Javier and Elena are wonderful hosts. Javier’s cooking is absolutely fantastic and his knowledge of the local area (including off the beaten path hikes and view points) made our trip really special and memorable, particularly when it was the start of the busier tourist season. Cannot recommend staying here enough, and having dinner at the restaurant as well.
