Explore the nearby town of Metaline Falls where you can walk along old rail lines and see the architectural remnants of the area’s mining history.

A central location to Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, Spokane and surrounding areas with quick and easy access to Silverwood Theme Park! Enjoy the cool lake water on a hot day at any of the nearby lakes, including Spirit Lake, Twin Lakes, or Blanchard Lake. In the winter hit the slopes at Silver Mountain or Schweitzer or snowshoe at Stoneridge. A short drive takes you to Newport, WA and Priest River, ID.

The kitchen is stocked, hammock is hung, lawn is mowed, and several personal watercraft options for paddling the lake await!

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Located only 5 miles to downtown Newport. This cabin has an incinerator toilet, sink and shower with hot running water… in the bathhouse there is a W/D, dry Sauna, right outside is a Hot tub to enjoy after a fun day in Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, Silverwood or a day on the Pend Oreille River. There are a total of 3 cabins for a girls retreat, guys getaway or a hunting/fishing base camp.

The Hidden Moose Lodge

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons!
