This little mountain chalet was perfect! We had 5 friends on a ski trip and we had such a great experience! We loved every moment spent here and had plenty of space. Loved the hot tub for relaxing after snowboarding.

You really have all you need for your stay and leisure. We had such a great stay at the Mermaid Ranch. Dolly was a great host and the place was just what our family needed for a getaway. The outside is awesome with spectacular views and surroundings and the inside was cozy and relaxing.

We had a wonderful two days at the cabin! Everything was just as described and so relaxing. Brian was very attentive and responded to us when needed promptly. It was a great time and we will be back!!

If you're looking for a perfect, cozy cabin to get away, this is it! Kip and Jennifer maintain the property extremely well and are excellent hosts! The views of the valley below are breathtaking and picturesque from the deck and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay. The backyard/pool area was wonderful and the house was very cute and well stocked. The 2nd bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom so there is a lack of privacy but it worked fine for us and the kids loved the bunk beds playing ping pong, chess, and the pool. Great neighborhood for walks and close location to Silverwood Theme park. We definitely would stay again.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing secluded stay, this is for you. Beautiful lake view with your morning coffee. Cozy comfortable furniture and a smart TV off the kitchen. Renee & her husband was very helpful and friendly. Our fur baby loved to explore and bite at the mosquitoes. lol My husband and son had a great time fishing. Husband caught 4 fish! Son loved canoeing. * which is already provided. I suggest if you are sensitive to mosquitoes like I am, bring your favorite Citronella candles. Also, it is a Berm house which is cooler than regular houses, however I'm use to running an A/C @ 63° & fans at home. Berm houses don't have a/c so bring your favorite fan to sleep cooler. I never leave home w/o my Vornado fan. Thank you Renee for opening your home to me & my family. It was excellent in so many ways. If you ever come to California, I would love for you to stay @ our home. May we provide a memorable experience as you have for us.

Penny was a amazing host, she met us on arrival and made us feel right at home! She had great local recommendations for events that weekend. The Cabin is very cute and cozy, we had everything we needed! We cooked on the propane grill and was super easy to use. The Porta Potty is spotless and serviced frequently, I was so appreciative of how clean it was. We used the generator for a little bit in the evenings to charge devices and it was very easy to use as well. We were recommended to use a local campsite for showers and the office staff were very accommodating and and so friendly, the private bathroom facility was very clean and we enjoyed using them. Penny has absolutely out done her self with this cute little Cabin, 10/10 Recommend to any couple or friends looking for a fun remote getaway!!!!!

Super unique and awesome stay right on the lake! Great amenities provided, and Nick is the most friendly and helpful host. It is very immersed in nature….so naturally there’s some nature (there’s mice that may make their way in during your stay) but don’t let that sway you, it’s an awesome stay!

Hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Home was so cute and clean, and big enough for our family. Had to walk just down the hill to the lake, which the kids loved! So nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Going to Silverwood in September and will be staying again. Thanks Cathrine! My wife and I had an amazing stay celebrating a “mini-honeymoon” after our recent wedding! We felt right at home and loved the compact coziness of the place. We were very comfortable being away from Sandpoint in the woods but close enough that it was easy to get there. We especially loved the little kitchen and being able to use the grill and chat through the kitchen window. All the amenities we needed were there, and Ty and Kendra were great and hospitable! I think our only complaint is that the WiFi was pretty spotty, and with little cell service, it was hard to use the TV or our own devices at times. Not a deal breaker though!

Connie was an amazing host. We had to reached out a few times and she responded quickly. Beautiful home, great space and the view was beautiful.

This was the 2nd time we stay at the Swanky Cabin. It was just as beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful as the last time. We just love to sit either on the deck or on the swing down by the bank of the river, to drink our morning coffee. She has a nice record collection, the pool table is incredibly well taken care of and the cabin itself is well kept.

This cabin was perfect. Even better in real life than the pictures could show. It was distinct and very intentionally appointed. It was the perfect amount of seclusion while being an easy drive into town. My only disappointment was that I didn’t have the time for a longer stay! I would love to revisit this cabin in the winter.

The home was a perfect home base for my wedding weekend in Newport! The area is beautiful, peaceful and private. The home had everything we could’ve needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds were also very comfortable! The owners are very responsive and kind!

This was the cutest off-grid rustic cabin! It was so cozy and intimate. It is totally off grid, but the solar generator worked great to provide lighting for the cabin and the outhouse was clean and dry, even with a heavy snowfall. The little wood fireplace kept the cabin nice and warm and the bedroom loft stayed super warm during the night. It was so peaceful to wake up to snow falling outside the big picture window by the bed. A note: the ladder leading up to the loft is quite steep and narrow and might be difficult for some people to climb. Dario was super friendly and helpful and made us feel totally welcome. If you want to hide away, disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect place!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Leola’s cabin! The house was very clean and full of any useful supplies you could ever need. The property and lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boat that was on the property. Roland the host checked in with us and was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend 👍🏼
