Beachfront holiday rental in Pender County

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. We felt right at home and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend!

Nice place! The location was by far the best thing about this Airbnb. You’re right across the street from beach access. Otherwise, place was simple and comfy. Fine for a beach area.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Everything was perfect with our stay! We loved that the house was in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the living room & kitchen and comfy chairs to sit out and watch the waves. We love traveling to topsail and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Everything was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach was beautiful. Krisha was totally awesome and we would love to stay at Twin Landings again.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Great location, plenty of space for my family and I. Convenient ground level spot, easy for less mobile or handicapped folks. One thing I like to see in an AirBNB is more than one hand towel for kitchen use. The rest of the unit was very accommodating!

Very cozy little condo with a nice porch for relaxing. Very clean place and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be returning to this spot next year!

We loved our stay at Daniel’s condo. The location was perfect, couple steps away from the beach and pool access. The condo itself was spacious for our family of 5 with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Daniel was a great host that was always responsive and even came and brought us extra towels when we needed them which we greatly appreciated. Loved our stay here and would definitely book again when we are back in Surf City!

Love this place! Breathtaking views, close to everything, and very peaceful. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and has a beautiful pool that isn't overcrowded. The condo functional. My boyfriend and I found ourselves falling asleep on the Murphy beds listening to the ocean. The hosts were very responsive. Overall - great place to stay

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Beautiful view of the sound an so close to the beach. Enjoyed the clubhouse access at the beach, with parking and bathroom facilities. Beds were super comfy! Loved the reading nook with a view of the ocean. Thanks for a great get-away.

Perfect Surf City/Topsail home. The house was well stocked and felt like home. Great water pressure and ample hot water in both bathrooms. Nice outdoor living space as well. Only one block from beach! Walkable to several shops/restaurants and only 5 min drive down to the round-about (busy) area of Surf City. Quiet location, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing hospitality and Rob and Mary are extremely responsive with any questions. We had a great visit and look forward to returning to Topsail and to their home again soon!

This place was simply amazing. The home was clean, the views were great, and everything was within walking distance. I already want to go back.

We had a great time, Under house parking was a bonus and the beach had its own private access. The house was clean and neat, however the linens and towels were delivered and we had to make all the beds. Kitchen was well stocked . The sunrises off the deck were great. We'll definitely be back.

Stacey was a wonderful host who was prompt and responsive when we reached out to her. The condo was very clean and thoughtful. Included extra pet supplies for our pups as well as other supplies for us that helped us throughout the week. The condo had a nice view from the deck and was walking distance to the beach and many amenities. Check in was incredibly simple and we experienced no issues throughout our stay. Would happily stay here again in the future!

Our family had a wonderful time. Being right on the ocean was perfect- our young grandchildren were able to play & enjoy time on the beach then easily go in for snacks or naps without having to pack everything up each time. Beautiful & peaceful setting.
