Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying meals with that stunning view was priceless. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with Antoinette was excellent; she was attentive and kind throughout our stay. The atmosphere truly inspired me to cook and relax, and we created some beautiful memories here. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Saltwater Resort. The room, or mini apartment we like to say, was immaculate, felt like home, and was well appointed. The bed was really comfortable making for a great nights sleep after beach days and the TV was huge and on a moveable mount, which was so nice. The ocean view from the 3rd floor was a lovely sight. You could hear the ocean waves crashing on the bank - that’s how close the resort is. Super easy, less than a block walk to the beach. Book your stay at this new, super clean, conveniently located resort. The owner/builder really did a beautiful job to make our 4 day meet up with friends nice and memorable, in the best of ways.

Alan was very helpful & quick to respond. He was a great host! The Ocean was clear & beautiful for swimming. We also enjoyed delightful shelling along the shoreline. The Surf Condos are a gem with such a large amount of dune beach frontage. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful all around!! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. A breath taking view from the balcony, steps from the beach and from a pool, black out curtains and toys, the perfect distance from restaurants/shops - overall a combination that was great for our toddler during our stay!

This is not a valid review because I have yet to stay at this property. There was a hurricane that week, and because I could not get a refund, the owner allowed me to reschedule my week. I am staying Sept. 9-15

Lovely beach stay. It was nice that it was pet friendly and the hosts were very kind, thoughtful and responsive. It does get loud with the people above you so if you are a light sleeper being ear plugs. I always do and wasn’t an issue. The view is lovely and beach access is super easy and quick. We didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool or gym but the location overall was great. The house was stocked really well and I appreciate that so much. Tara and Darren took time to put personal touches on their place and welcome goodies for guests. Very thoughtful. No issues or complaints. Nice getaway for a quick weekend. Perfect for small families or couples.

This stay made for the perfect location to have a little get-away with our dog & toddler. The beach was extremely close and the house is right near the beach access. Justin's communication was quick and super friendly. We are so glad we got to have a stress-free week at the beach!

Everything was neat, organized, and clean when we arrived. I did need to ask a couple of times for the code for entry to the condo. I wasn't too stressed because it wasnt going to be ready until closer to 3 or sometime after, we still needed to get some groceries. We took our time. 4:00 I still hadn't received the code. We were sitting in the parking lot at the complex. My youngest had to go to the bathroom so I then had to message again for the code. But Anna was quick to respond and we were able to get in around 4:10 and avoid any accidents 😊. Upon checking out we made sure everything was done and spot cleaned for the most part. I did get a message about 2 hours into our drive home asking if we had brought a dog with us because the cleaning crew found hair that looked like it could have been dog hair on the bathroom sink but I'm not 100% sure. We did not bring any animals with us because we don't own any. Overall it was a good stay. My kiddos had fun and that's all that matters to

This is a very well decorated condo that accommodated my husband and me as well as our golden retriever and shihtzu. It was clean with the exception of the dishes (someone had put silverware in the tray dirty and the plates didn’t look clean so we cleaned all of them) and the bathtub had some hairs in it so we cleaned it as well. It is hard to find a nice condo that allows pets and this fit the bill. No oceanview but was only a few minute walk to access as well as easy walk to restaurants. Neighbors above of walked like elephants but was quiet when they were away. We will be back! Thank you for hosting us.

We loved our stay at Heather's place! Everything was just as described and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, the unit was exceptionally clean. Heather was very responsive, she also checked in with us a couple times to make sure we arrived ok and after a bad storm moved through. Great host! We highly recommend Heather's place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Great location and extremely close to the beach, you could see the beach from the front porch! Was also close to many places to eat, coffee and shopping. If it hadn’t been so hot we probably would’ve been able to walk everywhere. Please try Sea Blue Ice Cream for the best ice cream ever! Stacey’s place had all the little things you would need for you and your pet. Also very clean! I would recommend bringing ear plugs though because the people above me stomped ALL night long and being a light sleeper it was rough. I would still come back though!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the pool and the beach was awesome. All cooking utensils and even general seasonings were available to us. Fresh linens were provided and beach towels. Safe community. Easy check in. The host was super responsive. We would’ve stayed another day if it wasn’t already booked. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us. ❤️

we really enjoyed our stay with Sea Scapes. They communicated just the right amount and everything was listed as it really was. We loved the location and definitely looking forward to booking again when warmer weather comes around!

Alan was one of the best hosts we’ve had. There were a couple issues with the original condo booked and Alan did everything he could to correct things. We love the Surf Condos and plan to go back.

Hands down, probably our best Airbnb experience thus far. Sherry, the host, is a rockstar! She gave us so many recommendations and was so sweet and kind and responsive! Couldn’t ask for a better host! Condo location is perfect-beach access is just steps away. Proximity to restaurants and stores is super convenient. Private beach access just for condo guests is a game changer. This is a gated community and very safe. Condo was clean, stocked and exactly as pictured. Pool is very clean also with lots of seating. This was our first trip to Surf City and we scored with this place. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful location in Surf City and close to everything, even walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee places like Sundial. Great space for families and for staying in and cooking. Really enjoyed the porch and having laundry facilities available. Would definitely stay again!

Surf City Stay was the perfect beach getaway! The unit was spotless when we arrived. super clean and well cared for. The view of the ocean just beyond the sand dunes was beautiful, and it was such a relaxing spot to wake up to each morning. We also really enjoyed the community pool. it was clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus for winding down after the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location close to the beach. The "condo" is located in a motel which threw me off but other than our drunk neighbors fighting on our first night, the stay was great. There is laundry on the premises but if the door isn't left open you can't get in without a keyboard, which you don't get because the condo is not a part of the building, technically, but if its open they will let you use it. Great food and shops around. Overall great stay.

The location is great, easy access to the beach, nice large pool the kids loved. Alicia was an awesome host and great communicator. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

This is the second time weve stayed here. We love it! Gloria is responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place feels just like home. Steps to the beach or pool we enjoyed both! We will be back next year.
