Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pendle District

John was the perfect host, readily available and very helpful. The house was lovely, but what was also unique was all the small added touches John arranged for our arrival like fresh produce in the fridge, full bowl of fruit, large assortment of chocolate, nuts and other items, even new toothbrushes if you needed them along with many other things that you don’t normally expect. House is in a great position, very close to the town centre. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely stay for May bank holiday. The views are amazing and it’s so lovely and quiet. Great for getting around to different places and also felt just like home from home!

We were very comfortable in Andrew's fascinating and characterful home. Everything we needed was there including fresh milk in the fridge and a bowl of fruit on the table. Plenty of towels and hot water. The garden is lovely (frogs in the pond!) and the area historically interesting. Would be happy to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

Lovely big room and perfect en suite. Really comfy bed and great breakfast. Really appreciated the coffee machine. Very friendly hosts. This is a perfect Air BnB.

Georgie is a great host very helpful and full of information. The accommodation is perfect has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. very clear on things to do and places to visit like attractions, bar's and restaurants local public transport and even dog friendly places and walks. Amazing clean and tidy place which was perfect for a group of us visiting the peak district. The house had everything we needed and was the best equipt air bnb I have ever stayed in! Would definately recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, the flat was ideal for us and very well described in the listing. It is in a peaceful area in north Leeds, and suited us well as we could walk to meet our family. Patrick was a very responsive host, who communicated well, and left clear instructions in the flat. The space is clutter free and modern, and it was nice to have supplies in the fridge.

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

This is my second stay here. I cannot fault anything about the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, everything is exceptionally clean and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

Juliette's was as described. It was clean, comfortable and in a lovely location that was really peaceful and quiet. It was a lovely self contained, ensuite room. Juliette and Nick are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay there again.

Jenny was a great host. Thoughtful and responsive. Great location for an easy walk into Hebden Bridge - right next to the canal towpath. Good public transport links too.

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

Had a fantastic stay at Pondon Mill this weekend. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfast was fantastic. We did establish our dog is scared of cats, but as Barbara suggested we just need to get one of our own to train him. We will definitely be returning. Amazing setting, lovely people. Fantastic place to stay with so much history. Thank you for having us!

This was our first Air BNB, I think the standard has been set so high I think anywhere else we stay we will be disappointed. The location was picturesque, the hosts were very friendly and amenable, they really couldn't do enough for us to make our stay perfect. If you pass up staying here, you will regret not booking! Thank you so much Annette, you made our stay feel like home away from home. Oh, almost forgot, the breakfast was delicious 😋.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sian who is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her about shared interests and the local area as she showed us around the beautiful and immaculately presented house (which is even better than the photos). Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished. Location was ideal, on the edge of the stunning village of Grassington surrounded by countryside, walks, swims and plenty of other attractions well placed nearby. Lovely sheltered and private spot, excellent breakfasts to set you up for your days adventures! We love it here and can't wait to come back! Thank you Sian!

I booked two rooms via Airbnb and paid £105 which I thought was the price for the two rooms and immediately wrote a note to Karen to explain why I needed two rooms for two people. I had no response until the day before the free cancellation cut off. On that day Karen sent a message saying there would be an extra small charge. I sent a message back asking what it was for and how much. I didn't get a response until after the free cancellation time had past. The extra charge was £50 for the extra room. It was too late for me to find a different place so had to go ahead and pay the extra on arrival. The rooms were lovely, clean and lots of care had been taken to make our stay comfortable. Karen and Phil were lovely too. The whole experience was tarnished for me by the extra money I had to find at such short notice.

An excellent place to stay. Everywhere immaculate and spacious. Phillipa could not have been more welcoming and did everything possible to facilitate my stay. Highly recommended.
