Holiday rentals with a patio in Penha

The hostess was very solicitous, always concerned with our well-being, and helped a lot, indicating places for tours and shopping. The apartment was impeccable, clean, fragrant, as advertised. Clean and smelling linens and towels. They gave us all the kitchen utensils we needed. Super indico and we will return soon.

I loved the stay, apartment with everything you need, lots of blankets, towels and utensils. Shops nearby. Quiet street. Mari answered everything very quickly and cleared up all doubts, recommended tours, an excellent host. ❤️

Extremely new, fragrant and well-decorated apartment! The room is comfortable (new mattress/blackout window), the kitchen has the necessary utensils and the shower is good (it has a hair dryer and towels)! Regarding the distance to the park, the map shows several blocks, but it is really very close, a 10-minute walk. For the other tourist spots, it was necessary to leave with the car because most are in Balneário or other places, all about 1 hour from the apartment. There is a pharmacy and restaurant nearby, with several options on ifood. We went in 4 people and it accommodated very well! The apartment pleased everyone and is very worthwhile if the focus is really the park, which is incredible! I recommend the stay! Please Note: - Outlets 220v; - Tall car does not fit in the garage! Mine had a luggage rack (total height 2.10) and passed the bill. If it is larger, it does not pass; - For the cold, it is interesting to take extra blankets.

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

Our stay was very good! The house is great, very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, plenty of pillows and blankets available, bath towels. Kitchen integrated with the barbecue, a very pleasant atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood. Market right next door, good dining options. We really liked Poá beach to go with our 4-year-old son. Marcelo responded promptly and was very flexible with our requests… and Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us, is very dear! We would definitely come back!

Great, house very well prepared to receive guests, bed linen, bath, kitchen utensils, etc. We rented the house exclusively to go to Beto Carrero, and it served us perfectly, we went and returned on foot to the park. Roberto and Mary were super helpful and friendly, I asked to check out a little after the standard time and I was promptly attended to. The only thing I missed was a television, otherwise everything was perfect.

The stay was super pleasant and quiet, we felt super comfortable, Paulo clarified all our doubts and was very flexible, in addition it is very close to the park which made our life a lot easier, there is an excellent bakery nearby too.. Anyway, a 10, I highly recommend it.

At first, I say that for those who have children nothing like having the flexibility of an easy check-in and a functional home, they are paramount in our choices. The house is a beauty, charming and with all the facilities we need Tatiana is very attentive and charismatic, proactive in helping, we love the MIMO even on our arrival. The location is perfect, market, pharmacy, restaurants, everything accessible to pe if you want, that made a difference, and on the side of the park Beto Carrero, then it was perfect for us. We felt at home and we were very comfortable, we will be back again for sure. Therefore, I highly recommend to those who want practicality, comfort and tranquility at the same time.

The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, it has bed and bath linens, the TVs are good, it has air conditioning (but we don't even use it), the kitchen is well equipped , lava and dry in the laundry room. All functioning well the apt is spacious. The condominium is great and well located, the apartment block is the first and then closest to the beach, the pools are beautiful and we intend to return soon! Mr Lourenço and his very friendly and welcoming wife.

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

The view is very beautiful and pleasant, the location is quiet, bedding and towels are clean and smelling. The description matches the space (except when it says it is a luxury apartment). It was a great stay where I was able to rest and enjoy happy moments with my husband and my dog! Communication with the hotel is efficient and the staff are polite and helpful!

Great space, and in a quiet place, has a bakery right in front and the nearest market is very close.
