My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

This 4 year old memorable place is anything but ordinary. It’s a tiny house with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room with pull out bed, a chair that folds down into a bed, internet, smart TV, cute front porch to sit out on, and a fire pit to relax at. 2 miles from Traverse City and close to Leelanau and Pennisula wineries as well as Empire Sand Dunes.

Rustic 2 room cabin-12mile to TC, 1m to ER

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character 😅 Please do keep that in mind when booking :)
