Primera línea de playa con piscina abierta del 1/6 a 30/9, con comercios, restaurantes y a solo 25mn a pie del castillo. Aire acondi cionado en todas las estancias. Parking en edificio. Se firmará un contrato de arrendamiento a corto plazo para estancias de más de 10 noches.

New studios located in the center of Peñiscola overlooking the sea, equipped with a viscolatex mattress to improve rest, double-glazed windows to avoid noise, parquet floor to improve your experience and a kitchen to give more versatility to your vacation in addition to a coffee maker and microwave. The studios have an exceptional location in the center of town just 30 meters from the south beach and 60 from the north beach and two minutes from Peñiscola Castle.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
