Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

My stay at Martin and Angelica's Airbnb in the historic town of Burlington, NJ was fabulous. I felt right at home in both the house and neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and a trip back in colonial time with all of the rich history. It was also lovely to be just a block away from the Delaware River, you will enjoy the promenade on your evening walks. I would definitely come back and stay here on any future trips to the Burlington-Bristol area.

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

We stayed here for a quick weekend to see a Phillies game and explore the area. It was located very close to a subway station and local eateries, so it was extremely convenient! Tuan was a proactive host who provided great instructions for helping us access the home and understand the regulations around parking, which can be particularly tricky in this location. Even though the parking was limited and the streets were narrow, we felt prepared and confident in navigating the area thanks to Tuan’s communication beforehand! Would definitely stay here again for future trips!

GREAT space, warm and inviting, in a friendly walkable neighborhood. Samantha was a 'superhost' in the truest sense of the word, incredibly responsive and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of excellent options for food and drinks nearby, and the location is very walkable to center city or the stadiums so long as the weather isn't bad. Megan was very quick to respond to my messages ahead of check-in and is very friendly with a good sense of humor. So, it's an excellent place with an outstanding host - I would absolutely try to book here again next time I need a place in town.

Spacious and great location! Great location just outside Chinatown. Quiet neighborhood. Large apartment with plenty of space - 2 floors, two bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. There are two shared living room spaces with plenty of room to hang out together. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher. Washer/Dryer was great to have as well. We rented this place for 4 adults and it could easily fit 10-12 given the queen/double beds, big couches, and air mattresses provided. Quirky plumbing and washer/dryer but owner shared this, there were signs in the apt to indicate this, and this posed NO issues at all for using the bathrooms or washing clothes. Have to find parking but if you can't on the street there's multiple options for cheap paid parking around the corner. Hosts are great and provided detailed clear information about the place and were very responsive to questions. We really lucked out with this place and would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Taryn’s attention to detail and the amenities were beyond perfect. The location was perfect for sight seeing, spending time with family and relaxing. Highly recommend! Nearby musts are The Ground (a lovely coffee cafe/plant store just around the corner) and Lazer Wolf (an outstanding Israeli restaurant within walking distance)

We were a group of two parents, two teens, and two grandparents and this space was PERFECT for us. Lots of room to spread out and the rooftop was loved by all. We found street parking and then walked or Uber’ed all weekend. Super easy. Gabrielle’s place is fantastic and we would love to come back.

This place was great; such a cute walk-up that was quiet and private, yet close to restaurants and city life. Everything was clean and stylish. Rowland was very helpful and responsive; would stay here again!

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

I stayed at Melissa’s place with my family including an infant while being in town to visit some relatives. It was convenient to have several bedrooms and lots of space so that everyone could fit comfortably, and the baby had her own quiet space when needed. Somerdale was conveniently located between my friends and family, while also being within convenient proximity to Philly, and walking distance to Ashland train station. Would love to stay again next time I come to visit my friends and relatives in the area!

Jerilyn’s townhouse is clean and tidy, and it is very similar to the old house of my grandma I used to stay with my grandparents during the summer holidays. Also, Jerilyn and Scoot are always responsive and friendly. If I am back to Philly, would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect distance from the show! A quick ride into the city as well for some sightseeing! Super quiet neighborhood and great accommodations made for a wonderful trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! We felt very comfortable. The house was clean and smelled wonderful. Nice neighborhood. Enough space for all 5 of us. We enjoyed the “strawberry moon” from the rooftop. What a great view! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Staying at their house was a nice quiet experience. I traveled down with my family for a hockey tournament, they were very helpful and accommodating. It was everything we needed and some. Great location, close to a bunch of resturants but also has a great kitchen if just want to stay in and cook. If we travel back to the area, I will definitely be contacting them again!

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place, super well situated, near highway, waterfront and at walking distance from many sites. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Simone was quick to reply and we had a very comfortable stay at this airbnb. You can easily hear the neighbors but they did not bother us. I would definately rent this place again. I highly recommend. Private parking is a must because parking in the streets looked like a nightmare! Great stay!

I was in a quandary with a previous host being uncommitted to our reservation. I felt lucky to find a place with less than 8 days to the event bringing me and my family to Philly. Amanda was immediately responsive to my inquiry and many follow up questions. She was incredibly flexible about both check-in and checkout times and clear about expectations. Had the pleasure of staying at Reedi’s place for a few days whilst in town for a music festival and the stay was amazing. The home was clean and as described, looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Clear instructions for check in and check out made the entire process a breeze. Parking is extremely limited but with help from the neighbors on the block we were able to find a spot and had no issues the duration of our stay. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be utilizing it again in the future!

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
