Shaun's home was nothing short of immaculate. It was exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed (and more) was provided and was in excellent condition. The location suited us perfectly. It was an easy walk in to the town centre which we did each day. Communication with Shaun was easy and he was timely with his responses. Highly recommended.

My recent stay at this beautifully converted barn in rural Devon was exceptional and everything I needed. I tucked myself away in the private, remote setting of the barn which offered the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and countryside charm. I enjoyed waking up to the rustic features of the barn coupled with the modern amenities. The standout for me was the fireplace, which added to the already wonderfully cozy atmosphere on one of the cooler evenings. The hosts were warm, welcoming and very helpful with any questions, and I got to meet their incredibly friendly dogs who added a lovely, homely feel to the stay. I definitely want to go back and stay again.

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights at the Granary with our kids. We got a warm welcome from the lovely cat couscous! The place was clean, spacious, tidy and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. There were enough of board games, books and toys as well as outdoor space to keep the kids entertained. The hosts Karl and Helena were very friendly and helpful. Their son was also very kind and friendly with our kids, even sharing some of his stuff to play. This quiet location was ideal for us to explore north Devon and the Exmoor areas. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Very private place to stay, with beautiful views of surrounding fields. Stunning plants all around the entrance. Very kind to have left goodies for us on check in which really enhanced our stay. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Very quiet area. I wouldn’t say there is loads to do in walking distance- there are two pubs but they weren’t great. The hosts have set up a lovely place to stay.
