Holiday rentals with beach access in Penonomé District

I liked the recommended property, clean and everything organized and they are attentive to everything and it has a good location

The place is quite clean and equipped with the necessary amenities for any guest. The beach and pool area is very nice and clean, as well as being exclusive to guests/residents. There is a pool bar that opens during the day, the guests are very respectful. Definitely ideal for someone who wants to disconnect and be quiet as a family or couple. Veena attentive to every question we had and the communication flowed quite easy.

Great experience! The location, the view and of course the apartment itself. On Airbnb you very rarely find places that are exactly at advertised, but this place was even better than we expected. We'll surely be back.

We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Very good place, the house is comfortable is well equipped, very clean and located close to both beach clubs (not walking distance, but if close). The whole check-in process and super clear instructions.

This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Our experience was good, the house complied with everything presented in the listing. The owner went out of her way to make the pool ready for our stay. We were the first to premiere😊. It's missing a few details, but I know they're going to work it out. We would have liked the beds in the secondary rooms to be made of wood. In general, everything is good.

The house is very comfortable and right in front of the beach. For children, family and even for couples is ideal. This is the second time staying here and will definitely be back next year. Alexandra responds super quickly to queries. In addition, Carlos (the person in charge of the house) was attentive to all our needs, he is helpful and friendly. I recommend it full.

The cozy house, perfect for a group of friends with their families, each room has its own bathroom and therefore we all had enough privacy. The spacious common areas are ideal for children, with all the amenities, the beach super close... We'd go back

Since we arrived, we felt a special energy: the cozy atmosphere, the thoughtful decor, and all the amenities one might want to rest and enjoy as a family. It was days of total disconnection, laughter, games, good food and unforgettable moments. The house allowed us to reconnect, share without haste and enjoy every moment. Every corner invited you to relax and feel at home. Definitely a 100-point experience that will remain in our hearts. Would come back a thousand more times!

We had a fabulous time while staying at Eva’s. she was VERY responsive to all our questions and answered very promptly. We would definitely return in a heartbeat. LOVED every moment. Her place is very private, super clean, homey and spacious. highly recommend staying with her. the location was absolutely perfect for our golf adventures and close to restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable market and a mini mart. We had an amazing time! We loved the apartment has everything we need and Aldo is an always available super host, super attentive and accommodating!! The place super comfortable and clean and the social areas quite fun! It was an excellent experience we will certainly come back!!

An amazing place which for sure we will return to. Close to the beach, a great pool with nice staffing. Overall atmosphere was amazing and we really felt 'home' amongst the other guests.

Kathy's apartment is just like the photos. Everything clean, everything in order. The well equipped kitchen. Super close to the beach. While it's true that the condominium needs better maintenance, Kathy's apartment makes up for it by far. I would stay in this apartment again.

Our stay in Rapha's apt was spectacular. The apartment is super comfortable to be with a family, it is very well equipped and very clean. They also have details that make you feel at home, like a baby chair, plates, glasses, etc. We loved the place, the apartment and the attention we received from Rapha! Incredible stay, the apartment has a privileged location and with a beautiful view of the sea. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the background waves is priceless. In addition, the apartment has everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely be back.
