Set on a 350 acre cattle property 10 minutes from Moss Vale you will find this purpose built, luxurious Hampton’s style cottage. With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Unique Barn Studio at Bundanoon

Self contained Studio that is in the barn stable. Spend the night next to the horses! The studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and free wifi . Perfect escape from Sydney or Canberra for couples or just yourself . Explore Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. We are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bundanoon village. The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .

Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
