Beach house holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

We had a blast. Although the pool wasn't ready because of delayed construction we were in the gulf or riding around town or even just sitting on the balcony. Clean- TWO air units!!!—beds were big even the pull out couch! Fit 3 of us. I'm so happy they let us add my best friend and her daughter(which is my daughters bff too). Everything you need was there. Even made us some virgin and regular pina coladas and some milkshakes on the last night. Not sure when our next trip will be for a beach stay 2026 we are taking a Disney Cruise but I will definitely be recommending.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

Naomi’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Pensacola! After long days of sightseeing and beach time, coming back to such a relaxing and comfortable home made all the difference. The beds were incredibly cozy—we all slept great every night. The home is well-maintained, peaceful, and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place with three bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably, this is a must-stay! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Navarre Beach! The house was spotless, perfectly laid out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location is ideal—close to the beach and in a quiet, peaceful area. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making it feel like home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Loved staying at this cottage. It’s spacious inside, cozy and has everything you need. When we walked in there was soft music playing. Easiest drive to the beach and you get to cross the bridges each time which is so fun. I would love to come back here

The perfect beach house! We made it in town for my brother’s wedding and it was absolutely better than other stays or the PB Resort where most of the wedding guests and party stayed. Parking was great, we got our Wagoneer easily and could’ve fit several more vehicles. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable with the temperature of the water. Oh, the decor and linens, mattresses were beautifully selected. We appreciated the detailed instructions and labels for everything. The multiple balconies allowed for incredible views of the ocean. You could hear the waves from any balcony. Incredible and kind host!!! Any time I could reach out and it wasn’t an issue. Oh, and the amenities were the MOST we have ever had access to! To top of off, the welcome snacks and card were a beautiful touch. We will most certainly stay again! Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

This place was an absolute gem. We stayed a week in this lovely house. The house is in a great location - just minutes from Navarre beach, Publix, Walmart, and many other stores and restaurants. Wendy is such a wonderful host. She was very responsive and thoughtful. Oh, the pool - it was just what we needed after a long day at the beach. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this place. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back - hopefully sooner than later.

The home was beautiful!! So easy to find. Spacious and clean. The pool was amazing. The AC worked GREAT 😊 The location was perfect, off the busy path of HWY 98 but still so close to all the amenities and places that we love (especially the beach 🏖️). My husband and I have been coming down to Navarre for a couple of years now, it holds a special place in our hearts. Both Brooke and Hilary are great hosts, great communication! Hopefully will be able to stay again on our next trip down from Ohio.

Our large family gets together every year at the beach. Everyone agreed this was our best trip yet - and we’ve had great ones in the past. The house had more than enough room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and 2 beaches gave us lots of fun options. The kids rode bikes, relaxed n the hammocks, used the kayak and paddle board, and enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have an outdoor shower to keep tracking sand to a minimum. If 10 stars had been an option, we would rate it as 11!

Out of all the places I have stayed this is my absolute favorite!!! The host were absolutely amazing and soo attentive and welcoming. We got into town a little early and they accommodated our needs and really made this a special trip for us. The house is gorgeous and had everything that we needed for a great stay. I’m 100% coming back and recommending this place as much as I can. Thank you for being the best host.

This was our first time doing an Airbnb and our first time staying at Navarre……. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to call home for the week. Close enough to the fun, far enough away to be peaceful. Home was spotless and very modern. Check in was super simple and the host answered all of our first timer questions quickly and to the point!!! Hope they have us back! ♥️

If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this is definitely the place. The inlet is small and quiet, mostly visited by locals, which I personally love. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, and you can feel the laid-back vibe of the area. The house itself is amazing, with stunning views—I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and stay again and again.

We loved staying here! Super close to the beach and easy to navigate! The hole is cool, quiet, and great for any type of family. Our host was responsive and nice, but the house had everything you could think of. I 100% recommend!

Our stay in Pensacola was great! We were centrally located to everything. Pensacola beach was only about 20 minutes away. Nightlife was also very close. Devillier's square was abt 5 mins away; so was some bars with good deals and pool tables. There was some construction going on around the neighborhood but it was very quiet and felt safe.

Checked in and Andrea's home had everything you needed for your stay and for the beach. The home was perfect for our us.

We enjoyed Wendy’s place a lot. It was a homely experience for us. Wendy was always responsive and helpful. Our actual checkout time was 9am and we requested for 2 hours extra time. Wendy happily agreed to let us stay another 2 hours. Overall this is great place to stay and we would love to stay again in future

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. My kids and wife had a blast. My oldest son loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool. The king size bed in the primary bedroom is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. The couch in the living room is so comfortable. The house is ten minutes from the beach. The beach was clean, not crowded. Beautiful water. We will definitely be back here!

Jessica's cottage was the PERFECT place for our family of four. The cottage was comfortable, super cute, and incredibly clean. The kids loved the bunk bed set up and they enjoyed using the fire pit and playing in the yard. Jessica was incredibly responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. It is centrally located within minutes of an array of restaurants and shops and right by the bridge leading to Navarre Island. It was nice to be able to hop in the car and drive less than 5 minutes and be at the beach. The appliances all appear new and it was essential having laundry on site after multiple trips to the beach. If we come back to Navarre we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
