Lovely place to stay, listing as expected. Would stay there again!

The house worked amazingly for our group of 8. Between the upstairs and downstairs there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. From the outside, the house appears quite small, but it is so much larger inside. The location is extremely convenient for visiting the DC area. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the backyard was really nice. Also we appreciated how well the AC worked in the house. The main drawback for us was we communicated far in advance that we were traveling with my parents and my mom cannot navigate stairs well. I checked to make sure there was a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. At that time we should have been informed that there are about 8 cement stairs to enter the house. I was a bit unhappy to see those stairs when we first pulled up to the house. Last, we made most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is lacking some basic items. We purchased a cookie sheet and left it behind for future guests to use. Would recommend

What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

We had an unforgettable stay at Tyler's place. The location was perfect for us. Just outside DC, exit the house and walk to the right for a taste of city life and close by restaurants, turn left for the suburbs and a park two blocks away that my kids were obsessed with. The beautiful gated back yard, quiet/friendly neighbors, and lovely home with the chaos of the city and nearby downtowns (we spent time in Arlington, DC, and Old Town Alexandria) was the perfect balance. It is a 2 unit home, but the second downstairs unit is not being used. We turned a work trip into a relaxing family vacation, and even added an extra day we loved it so much. We would absolutely stay here again and highly reccoment it. Tyler was great, understanding, and quick to reply (although there weren't any problems). Thanks for hosting us!

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

Great spot! Close to so much! Quiet walkable, neighborhood. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It is up a flight of stairs if mobility is an issue. Hosts were quick to reply and answer questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice location ten minute or less walk to DuPont Circle. Very spacious below street level apartment.

Dale’s Airbnb was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of special touches throughout the dwelling. A great outdoor space in the front of the house that is surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden area, along with a private patio off the back bedroom. Totally perfect areas to enjoy the many selections of coffees he’s kindly provided. The neighborhood is located close to lots of fun restaurants and is easy to navigate to all the DC monuments. The only regret we had was that we didn’t book for a longer stay.. We’re already looking forward to returning.. Oh, And by the way.. we loved linens so much I asked Dale for the “insider” tip on where he purchased them.. I’m hoping to have as great a nights sleep as I did at his place!!

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beyond perfect and truly made me feel at home. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad to leave. It was in a great location and very close to everything. The house has more than everything you could possibly need. If I ever come to DC again, I’ll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This place was in a great location! One block from the metro and a nice bar/restaurant called Bullfeathers very close by. We would stay here again. The only addition I would ask John to consider is to add a small cutting board to the kitchen. John was a great host as he left us a wide assortment of snacks, answered our questions quickly and he left us detailed information with a map to help us even more. Thanks John we had a great time!

It was my second time in the apartment. Very nice, spacious place, just as displayed. Communication is easy, Metro 7 min walk. I can only recommend.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Heather is the most pleasant person, and the house is just amazing. It looks like you are in a art gallery. The house is very well located, you can walk to most of the touristic sites. If I ever go back to Washington, no doubt i am gonna stay there again.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT

Was a great stay overall, some little repairs needed around the house though. The outside porch doorknob was broken and also an almirah door in one of the rooms.

Great house with a fabulous pool! We enjoyed our time immensely. The decor is so fun! We had an issue with the tv the first night, and Kate had her handyman out the next day to fix it with zero interruption to us. Highly recommend!
