Holiday rentals with a patio in Pentwater

Marie was a fantastic host and the accomodations were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Everything is stocked so nicely, we lacked nothing. She is very responsive with any questions. The location is wonderful, very walkable to the adorable town area. Highly recommend!

Cool little studio. Full size fridge and nice little kitchen. Close to Muskegon Lake and a few bars/ restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

Clayton's place was a great location for our trip. We enjoyed downtown Cedar Springs, the paved bike trail and local brewery. It is a well thought out unit and we would stay again if the opportunity arises.

My partner and I loved staying here over the winter holiday. It was very well-thought out design in such a small space and most things we needed for our stay were included by the host. It seems like they thought of everything and we agreed that this would be a very nice place to stay in the summertime. The only thing I’ll say is that I don’t think the Airbnb could sleep 4 - when the Murphy bed is down, there isn’t much room remaining. We were very comfortable but we are two fairly small people. This is an excellent space for a couple! Thank you again.

The house and the town are lovely. We had an amazing girls' trip, the view was amazing.

Great place, clean private area with nice scenery

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This is the first time I booked it vs one of the other guys booking it. We always look for this house as it has everything we need and its close to the dunes

My husband and I, along with our 3 Siberian huskies stayed for 2 nights. We wished it was for longer! Jenna granted us an extra hr for check out which we really appreciated! Also, this house is incredibly clean. We were both impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Something to note: there’s about 3-5 ft of water before you get into “muck” and the lake is full of seaweed. We brought our paddle board and floated around. The water is very clear and it was actually quite beautiful to look at the fish and even the seaweed looked beautiful. There are some deeper parts that you could definitely avoid touching any weeds. But just something to note if you plan on swimming. Also, we didn’t explore the entire lake so not sure what the far half is like. SUNRISES ARE GORGEOUS HERE! I would book this place just to watch the sunrise. And lots of wildlife. I would think kids would really enjoy it! Turtles, geese, tons of fish, loons. Again, overall highly recommend

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, & easy to access. Nice backyard with a fire pit. Able to walk to public lake access down the road. I stayed there solo with four little kids (6, 5, 3, & 1). Diane (host) provided a pack & play. There was minimal "stuff" out & about for the one year old to get into. Overall it was a great place to stay with my kids.

This is a beautiful location and a lovely comfortable home. A great place to escape to when reality is wearing one down. Well equipped.

We loved being minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dunes for riding, Pentwater for fishing and Lundington for the huge crafter market! The home was amazing and the lay out perfect for our family! The deck, grill, yard, firepit and driveway access all meet our needs! You were a highly responsive, attentive host! 10 out of 10 recommend and we will definitely rent again! Many thanks again!

My husband and I stayed three nights for his birthday. The place was easy to find and getting in the place was easy. Very clean and bright. The shower/tub combo in the master bath is so unique. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very easy to operate. This location is within walking distance of the downtown area. On Saturday, we walked to the Farmer's Market. Stopped in a brewery on the way back and chatted with some friendly locals. One of the days, we drove to PJ Hoffmaster and walked up the stairs to the lookouts. When we got back down, we walked through the park. Very beautiful. This place had everything! We will be back!

The condo is very clean, modern and has nice touches. Tammie and John were great communicators, quick to respond and thoughtful. The condo is a quick drive into Grand Haven and Holland with lots of great options. Highly recommended!

The condo is so beautiful and the location is perfect for walking to everything downtown. Plus it has the view of the marina and the harbor. So peaceful. We will definitely be back to enjoy more next time as it was our wedding weekend and we were very busy!

The place was nice enough and walking distance to downtown and the harbor. Easy access via vehicle to nearby places. The floor/carpet was falling apart in a few places but nothing serious. The walls are a bit thin, so you may want to bring earplugs if the neighbors are loud.

We are originally from the area. We held a memorial for my recently deceased husband and the location was perfect for our sons and me. I really appreciate Jon's attention to detail and the lovely condo. Thank you, Annette Oleszczuk

This spot was perfect for our family getaway. Minutes away from Lewis Adventure Farm and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The condo is beautifully furnished and well decorated. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The atmosphere is peaceful, the pond and dock are perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. We greatly appreciated the complimentary snacks and waters. Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location.

The place was exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the city beach. We walked everywhere. Wendy was an amazing host and she went above and beyond to make us feel special. Thanks Wendy. Hope to see you again soon.
