Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is located in a great area & is very well maintained. The perfect size for our group of 5 adults. Amanda & her team were extremely responsive & helpful with all of my questions before and during our stay. I did request for the pool’s waterfall to be turned on, & while they mentioned it might be on a timer, it never did come on during our 3-day visit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The home itself is clean, well-stocked, & thoughtfully laid out. The AC cannot be set lower than 72 (as the temps were in the low 100's during our visit, it would've been nice to be able to lower it a degree or two) but the ceiling fans in every room help a lot! The beds were a little firm for my personal preference, but overall the home was very comfortable & had everything we needed & the garage parking is a great bonus! I have family in the area, and several of them are already asking for details so they can book this home when they visit Az!

Great Space. This was exactly what we needed to celebrate for our family. To be able to celebrate our Daughters 18th Birthday and Graduation in a single location with family was a great value. Large lot, privacy hedge and copious activities made it a perfect venue. Alexa house and lots of amenities meant we didnt need to go out for much. Beautiful diving pool with waterfall feature. An amazing location with an amazing host. Will be returning and recommending to others when the opportunity presents itself.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and yard were very well put together. We loved the pool table and games. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely book again, if we come back to Phoenix!

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. Great place for large family or group! Fully stocked kitchen (tableware, cook ware, spices, etc.) with plenty of room and part of a large open great room. Bedrooms are plenty, large and comfortable and bathrooms complete with lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. We loved all the games and outdoor space! We organized a ‘family olympics’ using all the toys and available games, and really enjoyed the pool area. Gas BBQ is very nice too. All in all a wonderful property that fit our needs and would stay again.

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

I highly recommend Randall and his vacation rentals, he is friendly and made us well informed in all the things we need to know prior to check-in and expectations all through out the stay. The place is presentable with our guests and right after we arrived we already felt at home. Great stay, space and rent are just all right.

Our stay was amazing. We got into the area earlier than expected and were able to check in early. We used local recommendations to get some great chips/salsa/guac. The house was so beautiful and the pool was amazing and warm. The Arizona heat is no joke and the pool was a life saver!

My husband and I booked this house because it was only 10 minutes from our office. I was SO EXCITED when I stumbled upon the beautiful photos and realized it was still available for this week. I cannot say enough about Danielle and her home. It had a charger for our electric vehicle. Ample parking space. Neighborhood was so quiet. back yard feels so private with the cinderblock fence. Is probably the most clean and well supplied Air BnB I have ever stayed in. We didn't use the pool but the hot tub was glorious after our long days at work. Master shower was AWESOME. Literally the only thing that could have made the house better was if they had a tankless water heater because we loved the shower so much that we ran out of hot water every time. HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!

Wonderful place. Great for young kids; there's never a downtime, as kids are always busy playing and swimming. The pool is great, the backyard is safe and secure, and you can keep an eye on the kids from inside the house. It is located in a great area with many other activities and restaurants. The house has very good air conditioning, as needed for Arizona weather. It is well-equipped for cooking inside and outside. Great for swimming and lounging at night. I'm not an Airbnb person, but my son and his wife are, and they rated this as a top-class unit, if not the best they have ever stayed in. The owners paid attention to detail, which made it great. John’s place was paradise. Being a remote location allowed us to really unwind from everything we was doing while on vacation. Sitting on the deck looking at the sky to sitting by the fire was very peaceful. You don’t hear the highway and barely see the lights from the city. We was able to take our dogs on hikes all up and down the wash. John has a map on the wall of a trail near by in the wash and we enjoyed taking our Ford Raptor on. Any question I had John responded quickly. The home is exactly as described. We stayed for 7 days and already looking at when we can book this again but for two weeks on our next cross country trip. Thank you John for sharing this place with us and looking forward to staying there again soon

Edith’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay visiting family in Arizona. Everything was exactly as described with little extra touches like remote control lights and fans. The decor is modern and clean, everything was cohesive and neat. The beds were super soft and the kitchen had an amazing array of spices which I appreciated as much cooked every day and the spice rack made life easier and less expensive. The stocked shelves made it really feel like home away from home. I would totally recommend this home and stay again if in town. The large smart TVs in each room made for another great amenity we enjoyed. Ms. Edith was very thoughtful about putting this home together and you can feel it. Great stay, thank you. Your home has become a part of our beautiful memories.
