Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Peoria Heights

Place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are a little tight with no dresser storage but was fine for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the common space areas and would highly recommend this house and this host.

We always love when getaway exceeds our expectations! This home was charming…from the furnishings to the outdoor patio space! Cozy and welcoming! The location was perfect- close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. We were in town for a wedding and able to stop back for a quick fresh up, it was that close to the venue!

We enjoyed our week stay in Lacon, IL. It is a quaint small town on the IL River. The house has 2 stories with 3 generous sized bedrooms (no TV’s) on the 2nd floor and 1 bath (bath tub/shower combo). There is plenty of closet space with shelves and hanging area (no dressers). The beds, pillows and linens are super comfy!!! There is a first floor bath with a smaller walk-in shower, as well as a wash and dryer in a large separate room which could serve as a bedroom if there was an airbed or sofa bed. The kitchen had all the amenities like a Keurig duo coffee maker, microwave deluxe gas stove, french door refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pan. There was also an outdoor gas grill which we did not use. The back of the house features a large wood deck that is older and has a rectangular table with 6 chairs. The basement was locked and not accessible. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if needed. The leather furniture was clean with surface scratches. Large TV with wifi.

Might be my favorite Airbnb place so far. It was very clean, and I really liked that all the light switches were labelled. Cindy was very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. The interior was very well designed and well thought out.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Well-maintained, relaxing, soothing, and just all around beautiful. Hope to visit again.

This was our favorite Airbnb! Luxurious , resort like place! The home was absolutely stunning with everything you might need and lots of thoughtful extras! We went for a long weekend getaway and loved it! Excellent and attentive host as well! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We were in town for our daughter’s performance at ISU. The location was close to the university and the home was clean and comfortable. We are already booked for another trip this fall!

This Daisy Lane property was a dream location for a “destination staycation” — The property immediately felt like “home” and was extremely clean & well stocked with great amenities throughout!! 😍🤩 The pool glistened & hot tub was wonderfully steamy & super relaxing!! **We stayed the first week in June & paid to have the pool heated. We would recommend heating the pool to anyone staying in the Midwest before July/August (when regular seasonal temps would naturally heat the water to a more comfortable temperature).** The game table was also a very fun & unique feature — it provided great indoor entertainment when the weather outside wasn’t cooperating. 😁 Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions & were very friendly & eager to make sure we had an enjoyable stay!! 🥰 We will definitely recommend this Beyond The Path listing to friends & family & will be keeping it on our short list of places to return to in the future!! Kyle was so kind and communicative when I couldnt figure out the lock. the apartment was so cozy and I really enjoyed spending the past few weeks there.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper and toiletries. Great location and excellent host.

Wow! This stay reminded me of what it was like when I first started using AirBnB a decade ago. The house was furnished so well and comfortably. There were so many thoughtful touches like the pet dishes, night lights, WiFi signs in every room, etc etc and I was so impressed. We were instantly comfortable, had a great night’s sleep (comfy beds!), and had everything we needed to make breakfast in the kitchen. The neighborhood was easy to walk my dog around. Highly recommend!

Sara's place was absolutely adorable, clean, and a perfect place to stay for a night. My boyfriend, dog and I went to a concert about 40 minutes away from here and it was the perfect set up and we truly enjoyed our stay!
