My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 12 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Gîte pour deux personnes aux portes des corbières situé entre mer et châteaux cathares. Logement privatif et climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. A l’étage une seule pièce sans séparation avec un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.

Nombreux sont les sites touristiques alentours, exemple, Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne et beaucoup d'autres encore. Pour les amateurs de baignade et de pique-nique des lacs sont à proximité et la mer est à environ 45 minutes. Le village possède tous les commerces nécessaires. Pour les mois de juillet et août pas de location de moins 2 nuits.

Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The appartement Theron is a peaceful nest of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.
