Monthly Rentals in Peppertown

First of all Richard should be automatically awarded a "Super Host" rating if he hasn't already received it. This AirB&B is one of the top 10 we have stayed in since we joined AirB&B back in 2014. We had a wonderful and relaxing two night retreat staying in historic Oldenburg, IN. The spacious upstairs apartment was very much of a peaceful oasis compared to our home in the growing Indianapolis area living with a lot of traffic and blaring sirens from emergency vehicles. The friendly welcome from the host and their family was genuine and gracious. They gave us our privacy and yet were available within a few minutes if we had any questions. The apartment was SO CLEAN and WELL STOCKED with many amenities including delicious food items. Fresh farm eggs were an extra added treat. The decor and comfortable furniture and bed gave us the feeling of being at home away from home. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations. The area restaurants and antique stores were also highly rated.

Great place to stay if you are in the area

The home is stunning with an array of fun artwork in every nook and cranny. The space is super comfortable and provided a fabulous space to work on a difficult case.

Oldenburg is a great place to stay and this house is really nice, historical place. Ruthie has done a great job making a 150 year old house warm and inviting. (I would say the stairway to second floor would be difficult for older folks. But, the second floor is very nice and cozy, bedroom + sitting room.) The bottom floor living room was perfect with a cup of coffee and the morning sun coming in the windows. While I was there with family members in their 30’s, this house would also be perfect for a family with a couple of young kids since a beautiful town park area is next door and they would love sleeping upstairs. It’s not “modern chic” but if somebody wants that Oldenburg is not the place for them in the first place!
