Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wir sind leider nur für eine Nacht geblieben: gerne hätte ich mehr Zeit in der Wohnung, bzw. auf dem Balkon verbracht. Der Meerblick war toll. Es war alles wie beschrieben da, gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und parken war easy. Die Kommunikation mit Patroklos war fantastisch. Gerne wieder!

Skvely výhľad s balkónu, síce dole je reštaurácia a hrala hudba ale to vôbec nevadilo, práveže naopak zlepšovalo náladu a hneď sa cítila grécka atmosféra. Bývanie bolo v poriadku, hostiteľ bol milý, síce prišli sme skôr ako sme sa dohadovali ale hneď ubytovali nás bez problémov. Doprava je tiež dobra, autobusy chodia pomerne často. V okolí sú výborné reštaurácie kde naozaj dobre varia.

We had a wonderful holiday at Catalina’s place. The weather was unpredictable and turned cold. The apartment was cozy so we did not mind staying in. There are plenty of restaurants along the road but not all are open as it is not yet summer season. The beach in front of the property had debris and trash but was being cleaned up on the day we left. Nevertheless, we managed to catch some peaceful time in the lounge chairs provided by the host. I imagine this beachfront would be marvelous during the high summer. The place is perfect!

The apartment is in a great quiet location with a fantastic balcony that both surrounds the apartment and gives a wonderful sea view The apartment is beautiful spotless and comfortable and was even better than the photos decorated with care and taste Located in really brilliant area on the seafront but close to the centre and all amenities Outstanding apartment that we really enjoyed and highly recommended

I absolutely love Perea and this apartment was perfect for an extensive stay. It's on the 3rd and last floor of the building and 1 minute walk from the beach. The location is perfect as close to the restaurants and promenade but it's on the quiet side. Host is helpful, responsive and friendly. I'd absolutely stay there again

The place was amazing and very nice, it was very peaceful and the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions to be had! I will definitely recommend this place to others it was amazing!

8napot töltöttünk itt. Nagyon szép volt és a házigazda Vasileila nagyon segítő kész, bármilyen kérésel, kérdéssel fordulhatunk hozzá. Lakásban minden volt amire szükségünk volt az itt tartózkodás alatt.3terasz amiről 2ből látszott a tenger. Tenger 1perc sétára. Napágyak és napernyők az étterem fogyasztás ellenében foglalhatók akár egy kv fogyasztás ellenében egész napra ☺️ Csak ajánlani tudom. Visszamegyünk csak Vasileila hoz ☺️

Местоположението е много комуникативно, сградата е на тихо място, не се усещаше присъствието на съседите. Апартаментът е чудесно реновиран и обзаведен с всичко необходимо за удобен престой. Изключително чисто, широка и сенчеста тераса. Препоръчваме силно апартамента на Александрос ваканция в Переа! Маргарита и Венелин.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Alles nötige und sogar noch Extras waren vorhanden. Der Strand und ein paar Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und auch den Gastgeber wirklich empfehlen!

Замечательный хозяин, дружелюбный, отзывчивый, внимательный. Квартра очень уютная, лучше чем на фото. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживание. Хозяин продумал все до мелочей, это очень приятно. Остались хорошие впечатления, всем рекомендую) С уважением, Наталья )

This apartment is super close to Thessaloniki and the airport which was why we choose it for our last day. Alexandros was really helpful with his instructions since Apple Maps decided to lead us to another address. Apartment was clean and has enough space for 2 people. The area is really peaceful and there are a lot of stores and places to visit when u drive into town. Recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Daniela was very nice and kind to us. She let us check in and checkout at later time points. She also replied to all the messages and was very responsive. The place was easy to find, the rooms were nice and clean. Kitchen had a microwave and cutlery that helped. Most important was that it was very close to the beach and we had a nice time. Restaurant nearby was bit loud in early morning but that was manageable. I highly recommend it.

Wir können nur positives über die Olive Apartments berichten. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation und das Apartment ist genau so wie beschrieben. Top sauber und modern ausgestattet. Da sich unsere Fähre um mehr als 6 Stunden verspätet hatte und wir dies per Chat mitteilten konnten wir leider nur ein paar Stunden im Apartment verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und haben uns sehr über Sandwiches die extra wegen unserer späten Ankunft für uns gemacht wurden. Das war so lieb! Wir kommen definitiv zurück wenn wir in Thessaloniki sind :)

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν άψογη...!! Ο χώρος ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι... Καθαρό, ήσυχο, εύκολα προσβάσιμο,με εξασφαλισμένη θέση Parking,και με έναν ιδιοκτήτη απόλυτα φιλικό... Το συνιστώ χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη..!!!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολυ όμορφος, πολυ προσεγμένος, πολυ καθαρός, με τέλεια θέα, το τζακούζι υπέροχο, καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα με ολα τα απαραίτητα!! Θα το έκλεινα ξανά και ξανά 👌

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Definitely recommended!
