Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Peraia

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Elképesztően tiszta, és ízlésesen berendezett lakás. A kert és a terasz is szépen berendezett. A konyha és a fürdőszoba minden szükséges eszközzel jól felszerelt, a berendezés új és ízléses, a tisztaság különleges. A nyári idő miatt a lakásban mezítláb járva sem ragadt meg porszem a talpunkon.

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Thessaloniki is such a beautiful place, and Panorama is especially peaceful and scenic. Anastasia’s home is in a great spot to really take it all in. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood, tucked away in a private gated cul-de-sac, which made it feel extra relaxing. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need, and the garden is a lovely bonus — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening.

It was a second staying at this place because we like it very much! Great and big apartment at the very perfect central district with many shops and restaurants and now may be about 50 meters near the Metro station! The Host is amazing, very friendly and responsive!

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

The place was great overall. Very nice garden with basketball and football facilities, hammocks, garden table and chairs. Very green and shady. It had big barbecue and all needed amenities. John was friendly and sent us local recommendations. The beach is circa 1km from the villa - its nice and long with sand and not many rocks in the water. It can get crowded because its near to Thessaloniki but you can still find some spot for your umbrella. We were 2 families with 4 kids and the room was plenty. I can definitely recommend the place. P.s. Take mosquito repelent.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Our New Year celebration was made special, thanks to the charm and hospitality of Villa Bougainvillea. Thank you for everything!

Spotless clean and big house, perfectly located! We were able to go to both Thessaloniki center and the Halkidiki peninsula in just a short drive (20-30 mins). Also the Potamos beach is 12 min drive away, with several really good beach bars (we preferred BABA) and crystal clear water. House is big (3 levels) and fits easy 2 families, where one live downstairs and one upstairs. Kitchen and living room (open space) on entrance floor. Bathroom on each level which is perfect. ALL equipment needed, you won't miss anything. Nice neighborhood where area is safe and closed (approx 10 villas). Place for car right outside the house. Also no problem to park car(s) right outside the closed part. Several really good restaurants in village, and also in villages around. Try "Ta 3 adelfia" in Kato Scholari. In Néa Irakleia you find both good bougatsa and reaaally good grilled food at "Sto Parko". There is also a café in village just 5 min walk away with really good bougatsa, Crepes and more. Kleio is a perfect host, easy to communicate with and very friendly! Thank you Kleio for hosting us!

Magnifique séjour en famille chez Spyros ! La villa est très belle avec des chambres décorées avec goût. Les salles de bain sont aussi très agréables et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont vastes et abrités. L'environnement est paisible. Mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans ont adoré profiter du grand jardin et de la chouette place de jeux. L'accès à la mer est direct sur une plage privée. Un paradis pour petits et grands ! Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre de petits chats adorables qui passent dans le jardin dont mes enfants ont adoré s'occuper et les nourrir. Merveilleux séjour dans un logement que je recommande assurément. Nous voulons déjà revenir !

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...

Marvellous house, beach and garden! This is the perfect place to relax as you are surrounded by nature and its beauty (we even saw dolphins a few times). The house is fully equipped and very clean. Wassilios is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and peaceful place. My family stayed here for a month location was great right next to an amazing stretch of beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any requests we had. The only thing i would like to point out is. It is a shared place one of the hosts is there in a separated part of the house and is very nice guy. Thanks for having us and sharing your place. Hope to come again soon
