Villa holiday rentals in Perama

Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. Very nice neigborhood, big house, with lots of place. Our host was very friendly and helped with arrival and leaving as well, very recommended.

Ten family members had a fabulous vacation staying in this property. Plenty of space. Tables in the living room and kitchen. It is a 15 to 30 minute walk to the tourist areas. The train is a 10 minute walk. The elevator was a must have as the house is actually 6 stories.

it was one of the best airbnbs i have visited in europe! the host was one of the best! always responded in 2 minutes whatever we needed! the house is amazing! the photos does not describe how good the house was! the house clean and amazing furniture and design! i am already planing my next trip to athens because of this house!

Fantastic house for families and groups of friends or couples Spacious 4 bedrooms amazingly fit out functional practical and honestly nothing negative about the place…7 minutes walk from famous beaches (athines by the sea), private peaceful cannot recommend enough

Amazing stay with breath taking views. Vangelis made sure we had a comfortable stay. The villa is fabulous and all our needs were met. Vangelis is a great host and I would highly recommend staying at his villa.

We had a beautiful vacation staying at Ellie’s place as a matter of fact we rented this location twice this summer. Very private location yet near everything needed to truly relax.

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

Kostas was the perfect host! From our early check in to our easy and efficient check-out he was proactive and very helpful. He always responded to my questions and gave very good local recommendations that were perfect for our group. Thank you so much Kostas for a lovely stay in Athens. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — She even came out to greet us personally and gave us a detailed explanation of everything we needed to know about the house. Every request we made in advance was perfectly prepared, which made us feel truly cared for. The view from the house is absolutely stunning. It was such a joy to relax and enjoy the scenery right from the comfort of the living room. The house was also fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchenware to everyday essentials. Overall, it was a perfect experience. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, excellent stay

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

What an amazing place! Stunning views from the terrace, great pool area, great outdoor barbecue area for cooking! Charas was so helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever we needed. Would recommend 100%

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

Tasos' house is super beautiful, exactly as pictured. It is located a short walk from the sea, and behind the house we arrive right away in the beautiful mountain of l 'Isle. We were lucky we even saw from the dolphin terrace in the bay in front! Tasos remained very responsive also during our stay, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay here. When we were having trouble with stuff Julio was always there to help. The villa is huge with lots of space so you can always get some alone time if you want to. The pool is gigantic as well and the view is amazing. Words can't describe how great of a host Julio is! I will definitely recommend this villa to my friends and they will guaranteed have an amazing time here as well. Thank you again!
