Really nice 1bd house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything you need and a short bus ride to Athens metro system. Reasonable price and nice owners. Recommend.

A lovely stay in a charming, brand new and clean house with an amazing patio. Very close to a little secluded beach, a good counterpoint to the busy beaches of the island. The host was very friendly and responsive.

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

The host was really friendly. During the dorm,Everything was comfortable and nice. If I come to Athens again next time, I will visit you again.

We were a party of 7 and had an incredible stay at Gina’s home. She and Vasileious were there to greet us and do a brief walk through of the house when we arrived. Everything was extremely well-thought out, the keyless entry, the passcodes, separate bath and beach towels, cold water, coffee, snacks and fruit - even the basic pharmacy, first aid cupboard!! The home was meticulously cleaned and had beautiful artwork that made us feel right at home. The outdoor spaces were well-manicured and offered both gathering space for the large group, and also small areas to enjoy alone! Gina and Vasilieous were kind, generous, thoughtful and informative! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts and to stay in this beautiful home.

Perfect for summer getaways and leisure activities, nearby supermarkets, coffee cups, restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute walk.There is also a very clean and stylish red beach near the villa.Very nice host

We had a great time. The Acropolis views were stunning. The stairs to the wonderful roof terrace are a bit adventurous :) Perfect for working with a great view!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We had a beautiful vacation staying at Ellie’s place as a matter of fact we rented this location twice this summer. Very private location yet near everything needed to truly relax.

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

Kostas was the perfect host! From our early check in to our easy and efficient check-out he was proactive and very helpful. Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — She even came out to greet us personally and gave us a detailed explanation of everything we needed to know about the house. Every request we made in advance was perfectly prepared, which made us feel truly cared for. The view from the house is absolutely stunning. It was such a joy to relax and enjoy the scenery right from the comfort of the living room. The house was also fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchenware to everyday essentials. Overall, it was a perfect experience. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

What an amazing place! Stunning views from the terrace, great pool area, great outdoor barbecue area for cooking! Charas was so helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever we needed. Would recommend 100%

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

The villa was fantastic! Very clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view. There’s plenty of room to relax, and everything was well-maintained. The only downside is the location – it’s a bit hard to get to and quite far from any major attractions or amenities. Also, we could sometimes hear the neighbor’s dog, but it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Tasos' house is super beautiful, exactly as pictured. It is located a short walk from the sea, and behind the house we arrive right away in the beautiful mountain of l 'Isle. We were lucky we even saw from the dolphin terrace in the bay in front! Tasos remained very responsive also during our stay, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay here. When we were having trouble with stuff Julio was always there to help. The villa is huge with lots of space so you can always get some alone time if you want to. The pool is gigantic as well and the view is amazing. Words can't describe how great of a host Julio is! I will definitely recommend this villa to my friends and they will guaranteed have an amazing time here as well. Thank you again!
