Holiday rentals with beach access in Perdido Bay

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! It was our first time in Orange Beach and we absolutely loved being a few steps from the beach. It was super helpful to have all the beach gear available to use, too! We will be back! 🩷

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Olga’s condo! It was peaceful, beautiful, and lots of fun! The walk to the beach was easy! The patio view of the pool and palm trees was really cute! Very secure and perfect for our 5 day/4 night stay! Easy communication and we really had no problems or questions at all! Washer / dryer and ice maker were nice “extras” to have! Thank you so much for the wine and late check out accommodations!

I liked that it was on the beach and every thing was in walking distance

Karin’s place was simply AMAZING! it sits in the heart of downtown Fairhope. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and everything is walkable. We will be back again and again and always stay at this location! Worth every penny!

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very cozy, clean and well furnished and equipped.

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful - just as described and exactly like the photos! The entire space was spotless and clearly well cared for. The water pressure was perfect, the appliances were top-notch, and I already miss the bed. Ed was an attentive and welcoming host. If you get the chance, be sure to chat with him - he’s full of great recommendations and made us feel at home. Thank you again - we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Naomi’s place was great! We reserved it to surprise my dad for his 75th birthday. The home was perfect- three bedrooms and baths, plus kitchen and laundry. We cooked at the house- we went to Joe Patti and got lobster tails, which was so good and an experience! Naomi has everything you need to cook right there. Downtown and the pier are very close, plus cute shops nearby. Would stay again, thanks Naomi!

First time in Pensacola and it was the absolute best experience I could have asked for! Felt right at home. It was very welcoming and the host was very kind and the communication was great! 100/10 recommend this place! Beaches were absolutely beautiful! Thanks again Ian for everything!

This is our second time staying at Robert's place. We love this area and Robert is great to work with. He is quick to respond and always willing to get what you need.

The Shanty was quaint and had lots more than I bargained for. Had corn hole, kayaks, fishing gear, and more! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and sparkly! The beds were very comfy! Loved that I could bring my fur baby and she could roam around leash-less. Will be sure to book again!!!

My family absolutely adored this stay! We loved being close enough to restaurants, and things to do, but also having quiet secluded beaches just minutes away as well. With a larger group we loved using the bigger beach shades and the chairs available at the house. We had everything we needed to make meals at home and enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping and lush habitat. Having such a beautiful house with so many amenities was perfect for having kids who couldn’t spend the whole day in the sun. Our older kids were thrilled to take the kayaks out and see the other side of the key as well. The attention to detail and so much information about the house/area available made it easy to settle right in. Overall, each one of us had something that we loved and had such a wonderful vacation due to staying in such a lovely home in such a beautiful place.

The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Loved the balcony view and how easy check-in was. such a nice touch!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for friends and families!”

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was exactly as the pictures and description described. We loved how close we were to the beach and how uncrowded the beach was. The owner was very nice, helpful, and prompt in responding to messages. We look forward to returning here again!

The space we rented from Sands of Alabama was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures matched the location. The amenities were exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided us all the information we needed and always before we had to ask. The check in and out process was simple and very clear, no big asks. The balcony view was fantastic and the walk to the beach was short. The elevator access for our specific room was a short walk away and there was beach access from the lobby. Overall, great place and we would gladly come back.

Robert was our Host. Our stay was for 5 days in June of 2025. We have stayed at this facility numerous times and we must say this was a nice place with plenty of amenities for our stay. The communication from Robert was on point and very prompt. We didn’t encounter any issues with the condo and the beach is awesome! We highly recommend this condo named the “Salty Pearl”! The condo is right on the water! Everything is in close proximity to this condo. Plenty of dining options in the area and we were very pleased with the variety of restaurants. Thanks to Robert for his efforts and for keeping us in the loop as our stay timeframe drew close.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

Took a quick one day vacation and stayed here. Very comfortable and cozy. Plenty of space for my family of four (two kids). Loved having beach access right there along with three pools and a kiddie pool. Not crowded either. Great experience overall!
