Waterfront holiday rentals in Perdido Bay

Everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you intend on spending time at the flora-bama and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the wharf with no traffic. Absolutely will be staying here again!

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

I was apprehensive being that it’s my first Airbnb experience. Melissa helped and guided me. She was very helpful with it being for my daughter’s birthday vacation. East clear access to the beach. Nice clean pool and hot tub. If I had been on ‘adults only’, I would have used the gym and pool table. They have a lost and found. So it’s saves you money if you wanna grab a boogie board for the day. Just be mindful and return it so others can use it. We left so sand toys in our unit for future family’s that bring kids. We washed them off of course lol. And from what I see, all units have a Gulf view. We made friends with some locals from back home. Everyone was super friendly. Walking distance to most everything you need. Restaurant. Bar. Convenient stores. Beach supply stores. I’ll definitely stay here again. Also, parking was not overcrowded. You don’t have to fight to find a parking spot. Just hang your tag in the window.

Great, beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Convenient location with lots to do. We also met Mary Anne and she was very sweet. I’d love to book again in the future - Felt right at home!

this was an incredible get away! Taylor was an incredible host and very accommodating. We enjoyed the condo and the pool and bay was incredible. We will definitely stay again. it is one of our favorite places!

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

This is home away from home! Very clean and comfy. We hung out in the sun porch most of the time, played games and had so much fun. The area is beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar etc. and there was coffee and creamer! I really appreciate this, you will not find this in most AIRBNB, s.

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

The house is super cute and cozy. The pier is a little unstable and definitely not safe if you have small children (we didn’t, but just FYI). We caught a few gafftop and a black tip shark from the pier. It was a nice, quiet little getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The outside is deceiving with how big and spacious the inside is. Inside is new/updated, clean, but also cozy and homey. The bay is so beautiful and the walk to the beach isn’t bad at all! We did it with an infant and small children no problem. Thankfully it’s far enough from the high traffic areas, so crossing the road wasn’t bad at all. Few minor things- the covered porch on the bottom level could use some love. It could be a really cool area, but there was only a small outdoor couch with cushions that didn’t fit it. The water hose needed a water nozzle and could use about 5 more ice trays due to no ice maker. But my biggest complaint is that we didn’t take advantage of adding another day. 🤍 also we shouldn’t have brought 1/4 of the beach stuff we did, because they have a room FULL of stuff. The paddle board and kayak were awesome! I would love to stay here again in the future!

My family had a great time! John was a great host. He is very responsive if an issue does arise. The property had everything we were looking for. Being right on the bay was great for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and crabbing. The house is nice and had everything we needed. Being able to cook there at the house saved us lots of time and money. I look forward to coming back.

This Airbnb is in a great location. About 15-20 min from the heart of Gulf Shores. The back has a beautiful view of the bay and you're just a walk across the street to the ocean. We came here with 10 ladies for the weekend and had plenty of room for everyone.

This was the perfect house for what we wanted for a weekend of keeping our grandbaby, while my daughter was in and out, participating in a wedding. It is right on the water, although the water is not accessible from the property, it is a beautiful view out the many windows, that make the living area bright and airy. My husband was able to walk down the street a couple of lots and fish and there is a bait shop just a short car ride away. The house was immaculate, and very bright and cozy. Minh responded to every inquiry very quickly. If you are heading to Pensacola give this house a good look, we felt it was a really good deal.

This place was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve made plans to try to come back this September. Jetta is a great hostess. We were very pleased in every area.

Perfect location, my kids enjoyed. Build is huge but elevator time was not a problem. One of my best stays at airbandb. Thank you for the host for allow me enter one hour earlier after a long drive

This beach retreat was perfect! The condo was super clean and had stunning views. They really took the time to think of everything to make the stay both memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Destin, FL.

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Our family had a wonderful stay at Kim and Cannon's place in Orange Beach. They did a beautiful job renovating their space and we loved the beachy, comfy vibes! The pool and beach were super accessible and we also loved the proximity to restaurants and area attractions. Highly recommend!

The space we rented from Sands of Alabama was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures matched the location. The amenities were exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided us all the information we needed and always before we had to ask. The check in and out process was simple and very clear, no big asks. The balcony view was fantastic and the walk to the beach was short. The elevator access for our specific room was a short walk away and there was beach access from the lobby. Overall, great place and we would gladly come back.

Gorgeous view. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of plates, utensils, towels, sheets and blankets. Ragip was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.
